Return of goods
My goods were despatched and I was advised that they would be delivered on Monday. The goods arrived two days early and only two days after placing the order!
I needed to return my goods and sent an email asking for assistance, the response time from sending my email to receiving a response was literally minutes.
In all, everything about my transaction with Sealskinz was positive and painless. Well done 👏 and thankyou.

Amazing sock, will buy more, often
My husband loves the socks. If you picked a pair of socks that they have run out of you get to pick a different pair of your choice, same type of sock. If the initial sock you choose is of a lower price you are never asked to pay the difference. These socks wash well, they do not move around in your shoes or on your feet, they longer socks stay up and do not bunch down and the socks feel like a cushion under your feet. Just amazing product. Our feet thank you for being warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

V rapid refund
I had a problem with a set of gloves that ripped. Within 2 minutes of submitting a thorough claim form that included photos and my original receipt - I received a full refund. Now that is customer service.

I bought a pair of Sealskinz Rayhnam Socks. Id owned them for several months and used them for hiking over the weekend. They were brilliant i could have worn slippers walking through wet grass and still had dry feet. Unfortunately 1 sock had a small hole appear and I had to endure a 10 mile hike with a soggy foot. I checked on Sealskinz website and they did a returns policy. I filled out an online form with my complaint. I immediately received an email from a "Bot" who told me someone from customer services will be in contact soon. They emailed me back stating they would send me a 1 time code to use on their website to purchase some socks. I was really impressed by customer services and how quickly they resolved my problems

This was my second purchase …
This was my second purchase through Sealskinz.
this time SK had to change my order, but in that notification they had options suggested ... they offered alternatives or a refund. They did the work so i didn't have to go and spend time choosing alternatives. Then a quick confirmation, and an update to my delivery date .. the next day!!!

Outstanding aftercare!
After care response was so fast and efficient! Sealskin really do look after their customers! Contacted them with regards to a fray in the Velcro strap on my hat that I bought 5 months ago and they responded and shipped a replacement within 2hrs! Fantastic service!

Good products, Obviously not perfect, but when I had issues about wear on an item they gave me a £25 vocuher with no hassle, even though it was out of warranty.
