I am impressed by the company standing by their product. I had an issue with my heated gloves and they replaced them without much effort. I did have a couple slow downs with the AI chat and help desk, but everything got sorted out within a day or two.

Beware sizing!
I ordered XL overshoes stated to be suitable for UK size 12 feet. They would not fit over my size 10 cycling shoes. Sealskinz accepted the return without quibble.

Sealskinz have exceptional Customer Service which really goes the second mile to ensure that you have the right product for you.
They changed my gloves twice to make sure I got the right size and refused to accept any extra payment for carriage charges, etc.
