Si pudiera no le daria ni una sola estrella, no compren en esta tienda por linea, te dan una fecha de entrega de tu producto y resulta que no llega y nadie te atiende, nadie te resuelve, pesimo servicio. Una denuncia en profeco les hace falta

I ordered and prepaid a washing-drying machine online at Sears and payed 10,999 MXN (635 USD). This was de 27-November-2023 and it said its going to be delivered between 4-7 December 2023. Today is the 12 th of December and still not delivered. I was trying to reach a human being at the sears hotline with my reference no. BUT NO CHANCE. I am really upset and desperately waiting that they deliver the machine as i have 3 little kids and need it urgently otherwise i would have bought it somewhere else. I would recommend to anyone to buy or order with SEARS.

Would like sears to complete this installation that began on 12/4/2023. Still not completed. Need a technician to come out and finish installation and bring the
3 prong electric cord for dryer. Take the old cord from previous dryer that was being replaced and put back on my old dryer.

Request acknowledge this by email and let me know when someone is coming out to my address.

dryer delivered 12/4/2023, wrong cord provided (4 prong instead of ordered 3 prong), installation crew installed old cord from 16 year old dryer (fire hazard), never saw elbox part, exhaust pipe was not hooked up to dryer. Unsatisfactory, unsafe, not completed. Called Sears to get new 3 prong cord that was paid for and not provided. Highly not happy with delivery. Have lost faith in Sears/costco/kmart for future purchases. Installation crew told me to take wrong 4 prong to Costco (order # 093003427493) . Returned to Costco returns. They could not look up part in their system and told me to go back to Sears. Phoned Sears customer service and told part would be delivered within 48 hours. On 16dec2023 sears called and stated delay in part delivery. Now earliest is 16Dec. All around unsatisfactory process/purchase from Sears.

Unsatisfactory delivery as not delivered properly and not setup properly. i had to attach and tighten clamp on the dryer.
My family has been Sears customers for years going back to the 70's. Looks like this will come to an end.

Pésimo servicio compré unas cosas en línea que supuestamente estaban disponibles y al día siguiente me aparece que reembolso en proceso sin ninguna razón, si es que no tuvieran disponibles para que permiten el cobro, odio está tienda y jamás volvería a comprar ahí, eviten 100% comprar en esta tienda, pésimo servicio, empleados arrogantes, y ahora no se hasta cuándo me hagan mi reembolso

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I ordered a dishwasher in August and paid for them to deliver and install it. They never showed up. When I called they informed me that the dishwasher was sold out and that is why they cancelled the delivery. They never contacted me to tell me this however. I ordered one that they assured me was in stock but again they never showed up. I contacted them and they told me they could deliver it but they didn't have an installer available to install it. They would follow up in 72 hours. They did follow up and told me they were still having trouble getting installers and didn't know when one would be available! I told them to cancel the order and refund my money. It's now the end of November and I still don't have my refund. I have contacted them several times to find out where it is and each time get a different answer. First they told me they were sorry it didn't get processed and they would issue it immediately. They refunded me $20. Second time, I was told it was sent to the "delivery team" and she would follow up and get back to me in 48 hours by email. They did this and said the refund was processed and I would have the credit in 7 to 10 working days. It has been 10. I contacted them again today and they told me the team was still working on the refund. When I pushed I was told it was never processed due to a TECHNICAL GLITCH. Now they want 72 hours to process it! My advice is to NEVER use Sears. They have horrible customer service. I ended up ordering my dishwasher from Lowes, cost me a little bit more, but at least I have a delivered and installed dishwasher!!

Absolutely terrible experience! I had a services person to my house and a $620 part was ordered. SEARS then canceled the order without notifying us. We have been waiting 2 months for a refund. We were told we would have it in 30 days. There were absolutely no accommodations made to make up for the money lost or time waisted. Also, good luck figuring out the combination to talk to a real person when calling the customer service line!!

I made an appointment with sears for a technician to come for a diagnostic check on my Refrigerator that is not cooling and Freezing. The technician came in opened it and that was the diagnosis. Said there could be one of 2 problems. It was not plugged into a device, did not look at the back of it . This cost me $109 to have a conversation that could have been done over the phone .l called to ask whether this is how they run their diagnostic was given the runaround and asked to book another technician for another $109 if l did not get what l needed. Asked for a manager who was too busy to talk to me . I feel like l paid to have a conversation and l still don’t know what is wrong with my refrigerator. I Don’t recommend Sears appliances Services.

I dont recomend to get insurance from sears.
I spent so many hours on the phone with non sense conversations with people from there. They dont fix your stuff

don't buy... if you don't receive order and you ask your refund they will deduct shipping fee even if you haven't received product. which is totally comes under seller's fault.

Fatal el seguimiento y tiempo de respuesta y por parte de sears Mexico, llevo aun esperando respuesta de entrega. He marcado al whatss, en la pagina y al telefono que nunca te conecta con servicio al cliente. Por favor cero recomendadom ni una estrella le doy solo que para poder poner mi resena te piden una al menos.

Sears has gone way down hill. I recently went to their website and typed in “white electric stove”. They showed me dryers. Total incompetence. I recently went through a purchase of a dishwasher. The first one I picked was out of stock. I went to the next one which they said they could install. They later told me they could not install, so I canceled. They are totally incompetent

compre una lavadora en línea, jamás llego al domicilio de envió la marcaron como entregada cuando no había sido así, después me dijierón que ya estaba en su bodega y que me hiban a hacer la devolución es el día que no me resuelven su wapsap no sirve te dejan en visto, su número fijo encuanto dices que es para un reembolso te cuelgan y no te vuelven a contestar. en Facebook sólo te ponen que por privado te darán seguimiento pero nadie te resuelve nada, todos súper incopetentes. pésima experiencia. no compren en línea el peor error de mí vida. es mucho mejor Home depot. una disque oferta que me está salido carisima y nadie te da la cara ´para resolver.

I had the repair guys come out once for my microwave and twice in like 9 years for my refrigerator. They came in time, repaired it as promised and were professional, courteous and even went above and beyond to do fixed something that I hadn’t requested. They are the best !!

My product is 20 days overdue. Where is it ? Can’t cancel online . Have to call them once again
When I called I found out They never had the part and we’re not planning sending it or telling us .
Don’t order from Sears it is a waste of time

Bad bad bad service !Do not trust them to show up to your house to service your appliance on a timely manner. 1 they do not show up the day of appointment,2 they reschedule you without knowing if you will be home or not.3. They only tell you that they will be there from 8am to 5 pm. NOT LOGICAL PLEASE PLEASE UPDATE YOUR COSTOMER SERVICE AND LEARN HOW TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS!week 4 my washer is still broken.

Actitud arrogante y déspota del gerente Sears parque tezontle,y la misma actitud de la supervisora. Es inaudito que pretendan entregarte una compra en mano, pues tardan en llegar la bolsa como 15 días, hasta las tiendas más pequeñas de la plaza tratan de que el cliente se vaya satisfecho. Nada empáticos, pongan atención directores .es lamentable ver esa actitud hasta la modista altanera y grosera.

The technician double-charged us with a check and a credit card and the outsourcing is from India they never got back to us and a $300 charge came back to a $600 terrible service. Their customer service is outsourced from India. They don’t understand what you’re asking. They’re a struggle to give you an explanation. They’re reading as they are asking you the questions and there’s no resolution terrible service I would not use him again.

Brutal customer service. Buy anywhere else. You may save money buying from Sears but will pay in other ways. Dying business.

Don’t order from sears.com marketplace. Made a purchase and the shipper put the wrong address for it to be shipped to. Can’t even get online to them to rectify. Will not respond… never again will I order from them
