It was fabulous to be able to speak straight to an agent that could assist me. The service was efficient, swift and exactly as a busy business needs. My cover was initiated straight away which was exactly what I needed. The staff were knowledgable and friendly and a very competitive quote was provided.

Really impressed
Site easy to use and asked for details that weren't too complicated for a non mechanical horse person to cope with. Also really good on phone, nice person and picked up quickly as I wanted documents in post . Would recommend and will use again. Thankyou

Excellent customer service
I have always received excellent customer service from SEIB and as an insurance broker during my career, I say this from a position of knowledge. Ade from the sales team is super… it’s just as well I am now retired as I would definitely have tried to poach him to work in my team!
