Have used Sendean for camera repairs for years Trust them and they are very honest with you as to whether the camera can be repaired or not. always give an estimate and get your agreement before they repair.

Excellent service. Lens issue resolved. A brilliant result as it would have meant a lens that has now become 'obsolete' not being able to be used again. Would reccommend to any who have issues with camera equipment that are out of warranty

I recall that on arriving at the premises, the wait time was minimal (would have enjoyed a bit more wait time taking in all the various cameras on display).

I got repair quote within a week of handing in my camera and it didn't take that long after agreeing to have it fixed that I got the 'all done" message to come pick up.

After been advised that the likelihood of my camera being repaired was, at best slim. As the Yashica camera was a great camera I decided the risk was worth taking. The link between Sender and the customer was first class from the time I despatched the camera to its return. The camera now works like new, therefore I cannot recommend Sender highly enough.

Service, knowledge and expertise

The staff on reception were friendly and efficent. I believe the repair technicians know what they are doing as the camera is now working properly. The process of obtaining an estimate and then the carrying out of the repair is not for the impatient. I think it is mostly down the workload they have. After a few weeks or a month from memory, I did have to ring. I obtained prompt feedback as to the status of the repair. I unfortunately will need to use Sendean Cameras again because of a dropped lens from a camera bag.

Sendean - the Viewfinder's Business

This is the second time I have used Sender: the first was a fairly straightforward replacement of a power unit in a Nikon. This second time was for the full-scale resurrection of a Sony DSC-RX100, which had completely collapsed after some hard use 6 years ago. And there was pressure of time, because I was leaving the country in 7 days time.

Sender did the repairs, promptly, expertly, completely in the agreed time for the quoted price, and now I have a sub-compact camera that is 12 years old and working as well as the day I bought it.

What a great company!
