I got the wrong size
I got the wrong size. I sent the stuff back. Only to be told can't get my money back even though they didn't have anything else there that would fit me. They also didn't have anything else that I liked. I did buy one pair of pants and they're all right. Now I have a $60 credit with these folks that I'm never going to use I'll probably forget about it within the next week or two. So I assume that's their MO.

Richard, I was checking the records and it seems we didn't send the wrong size: we sent the same size you ordered; and after you returned them, we sent the one that we had in stock for the bigger size.
Now, Long Black is back in stock for size 36, if you are still interested.

I ordered two pair of pants that are…
I ordered two pair of pants that are defective. I returned them and I want a refund not a credit for more defective merchandise. If you check the pictures they never show how the pants fit the waist because they are hiding that’s where the defects are!

Purchased a few pairs of trousers and a leather jacket and had no problems with my order. Shipping was fast and the items I received are of great quality. Trousers are a perfect fit and have a tapered fit. I love that. I fell in love with the leather jacket I bought especially when I saw it in person. The quality is amazing and the jacket itself is stunning. Will definitely be purchasing again. Thanks guys!

The slacks are nice but they sent me a defective pair. They quickly sent me a replacement pair that I picked out but that pair was the wrong size... still trying to get a replacement pair of slack I can actually wear.
