Had some homemade movies stored on there, they said it was copyrighted and deleted them but it was me that made them!!! Don't ever trust your data on there servers
Absolutely abysmal
Absolutely abysmal. I've had several accounts with Servage since around 2004 (for various companies I've worked with), and their service has just got worse and worse over the years, to the point where I am now moving everything to other servers.
Their web servers are slow, mail servers unreliable (and very regularly blacklisted for spam), and their support is absolute garbage - which is a shame because they used to be pretty good.
They've also recently migrated all of their customers onto a new platform that wasn't even close to being ready to roll out, and messed up the migration on at least 2 of my accounts.
I'm only posting this review because they've just asked me for feedback on a support ticket that was posted in December 2018. It's now August 2019 and the ticket still has no reply. Otherwise I'd have just forgotten about them - but you want feedback? Here it is.
It's cheap, but still overpriced. Wouldn't touch them with a very, very long bargepole anymore. Better off just getting a VPS off Digital Ocean and building your own server.

Email service down for weeks at a time, support is absolutely TERRIBLE, they often don't even read your ticket, just the title and provide you with some standardized response that doesn't even address the issue.

I work with this hosting company 5 years.
Not good, not bad.
From begin 2019 Servage work very unstable.
In february Servage move data to new data center and change control panel.
Web sites stop work. I lose control of my account.
Support like robots with very old firmware.
Price expensive.
Finally:
I really do not recommend using this service. Fantastically inconvenient control panel, uniquely stupid support.
Don't even THINK about using them!
We were recently "migrated" to a new platform and it'll all be amazing and lovely. Amazing I thought, yes they were cheap but the back end admin panel was cira 1998 and sites were slow to load, an upgrade, joyous a proper cPanel...
Oh.. no its a servage custom back end that’s somehow more frustrating to use, at least we're 2005 era now.
Oh but then my site started to slow to a crawl, then timeout, I contact them and it’s just "new datacentre issues" which lasted OVER A MONTH! IN the meantime, I've shopped around and am migrating to Kystal...
Don't use servage. They get hacked, the service is shocking, the downtime frequent.
Post-migration experience
I am customers with Servage for several years. They migrated my to their new system some time ago. I talked to them about the reason and they said they want to provide a brandnew infrastructure and they will go through all the migration hassle to provide a good service in a long run - sounds courages to me :wink: I know the control panel quite well now and, here are my experiences with the new system:
Good:
- new features like SSH and automatic back up features
- I like the design better then the old one
- services seem to be more stable now
So/So:
- need to relearn the control panel since I only knew the old one
- design (this is subjective, though)
- migration came with extra work. However, even if I upgrade my Windows (which is not a migration but a change after all), I need to check for new features and make some changes in my work procedures. Fortunately, support helped me with my questions, now everything is settled.
After migration
I was customer of Servage for about 10 years.
After their, so-called, migration you should keep away from this company. They are unable to resolve any issue. My company domain and email accounts are inaccessible for a month now. Not even when I called their customer support, the issue is still not resolved. Their admins are "closely inspecting the issue".
Do not waste your money on this host provider. I to have migrated to a more reliable provider.
Now I am wondering if Servage became fraudulent company??

Har tidligere været tilfreds kunde ved Servage i mere end 10 år, har lagt tusinder af kroner i 'butikken', men nu er det slut.
Mail, websites, kontrolpanel - intet virker.
Det er umuligt at komme i kontakt med dem, og jeg har derfor været nødsaget til at spærre mit kort, da de nu har sendt mig en faktura.
Det virker som om ejer/e er gået helt i sort, eller firmaet er blevet overtaget af selskabstømmere.
Købte og betalte for et nyt domæne, men registreringen er ikke blevet foretaget, og jeg har derfor nu købt domænet igen gennem en anden udbyder.
Lost minimum £3,000 worth of work!!!
Where to start and what to say when a lot has been said below. Basically been with Servage for 11 years but with all the recent troubles and complete lack of professionalism, I had to move! There mess with websites and emails not working has cost me at least £3,000!

Egentlig gad jeg ikke skrive, men vil bakke jer andre op & advare andre om Servage!
Alt er gået galt det sidste 1/2 år, sider er nede eller kører som et gammelt 56k modem, for ikke at tale om mails der kan være nede i flere dage.
Valgte Servage for mere end 10 år siden da der var fri plads & kunne slå 'safe mode off', uden info blev pladsen sat ned til 750GB.
Til jer der endnu ikke er nået at flygte, nu kom det nye chok...igen uden info: 200GB...det kan let findes billigere & ikke mindst, bedre.
This company is an absolute disaster
This company is an absolute disaster. My sites were not accessible for 10 days, without any reasonable explanation, without any sight of improvement. I honestly think if I'd stay with them longer, sites could easily down for another 2-3 months or more. It's a total disgrace how they do things.
I moved to another hosting and recommned this to all of their existing customers. For all who consider to sign up with them - better think twice, you will heavily regret it, that's for sure.

Eine absolute Frechheit, was die sich erlauber. Seit einer Woche kein E-Mail, Das Angebot kostet plötzlich 50% mehr für weniger Leistung (vorher 750GB jetzt 200GB)

Support just tell me to keep checking the service status page, which just looks like they are fruitlessly trial-and-erroring their way to nowhere. Real shame. Take the hint from everyone else here going to alternative providers, AWS and g suite for me

Our website has been down for a few months now and they do not care in the slightest but still take our money!
They're also very slow to respond to support cases and when the eventually do, their answers make no sense and aren't helpful in the slightest.
The funny part is that I always receive automated emails from them asking to review their service which I review as terrible every time but they still take no notice!!!

Jeg er fuldstændig enig med de andre vrede brugere. Deres mailserver er så langsom, at over halvdelen af gangene kan jeg slet ikke logge ind. Og når det lykkes, må jeg bare konstatere at mails som allerede har været flere dage undervejs stadig ikke er kommet.
Jeg formoder ud fra de andre indlæg her, at jeg kan skyde en hvid pind efter at få mine penge tilbage. Jeg har for nylig betalt et år forud, men det her gider jeg ikke mere.

Servage Does Not care About Their Customers
What an utter nightmare. My site has been down/ultra slow for over month know since they "upgraded". They barely respond to tickets and if they do they cut and paste responses.
Time to move on....just curious if anyone got their money back?
