I visited the Barnyarns stand at the Festival of Quilts - they were so helpful and had everything I needed.

Just bought some fantastic threads and the customer service from Joe and Chris was fantastic!

The staff I talked to was very helpful at the Sew Centre they answered all my questions. Delivered was very quick too as I received my Janome J3-20 the next day. I’m very happy with the machine I’ve made quite a few things already. Would definitely recommend it.

I bought a new sewing machine, Happy Japan ADV-6000 from sewcentre. I hadn’t heard of Happy Japan before. The thorough explanation and demonstration I had from the sewcentre service engineer convinced me to take a chance on a new Japanese company breaking into the domestic sewing machine market.
I am so glad I took that chance. It’s a fantastic machine. Easy to use, sews with consistent tension, sturdy and well made. I’ve used it for dressmaking, patchwork, and quilting, without purchasing an additional walking foot for quilting.
The customer service has been faultless and friendly, every additional bit of information I’ve required has been delt with efficiently. All items delivered next day first class post. Great company and a great buy.

I needed a new machine, so my sewing teacher rang Barnyarns and found a really good second hand one.

The price was excellent and the machine was given a full service before I was allowed to take it home.

I’ve been using Bernina sewing machines for 60 years and since I’ve found the Sew centre at Barnyarns at I’m more excited than ever .ive just purchased a new Bernina 770QE Pro with embroidery attachment . It’s another world with all the help you need from masterclass tuition classes with Janet who goes through all you need to know about your new machine . All the staff are really pleasant and helpful only a phone call away and will take you through any problems you may have .

Just purchased a janome m8 from sew ctr . What a great experiance from start to finnish nothing was too much trouble, this place is well worth a visit and the staff are so helpful big shout out to Ben who went the extra mile and really looked after me Its nice in this day and age to get good service 100 percent will use again

Ordering new machine and the service on my old one went smoothly to plan.
The only slight hitch was the incorrect free motion foot being supplied with the new machine. However this was sorted very swiftly with the correct foot sent by post.

This was the 2nd course I've taken and it was as fab as the first one. Janet is a patient instructor who knows her stuff. I arrived not knowing much about my machine's secrets and by the end of the day I felt much more comfortable with all the functions. Thank you, and I'll be back for another workshop in future!

Easy to order online with full descriptions given for each machine.
I was impressed that it took less than a week to be delivered as I live so far from the company (North East Scotland) and I had ordered on a Friday afternoon.
The company phoned me before closing on the Friday to let me know that it would be dispatched on the Monday and I received it on Thursday. z

My machine has been sluggish and full of fluff. I took it to be serviced for the second time to the Sew Centre.
Once I got it home I used it straight away. What a difference and how lovely and clean it is. It is two years since it was last serviced by the Sew Centre, I ought to get it done more often.
I recommend the Sew Centre and the staff are so very helpful. The samples of the stitching are a great idea and the written report tells me what has been done.
