Paid for a parenting teens program but am completely unable to access it. Waste of money.

I have only used the teen parenting videos and they are some of the best pieces of advice i have ever had.
easy to understand wise and useful
cant comment on the stuff about nutrition etc.

I paid for a subscription to a different diastasis recti repair program three different times, so hundreds of dollars and it never really resolved it. This one used different exercises that were much quicker to do and more effective.

What a terrible diet to inflict on people who are desperate to lose weight. The women's diet is restricted to 800 calories. The diet is a basic eggs in morning with 2 cups of veggies. Lunch is repeat and dinner is a lean meat and 2 cups of veggies to make you hit 10 cups of veggies and a protien macro.
The workouts for week one, which I gave up after week 2 is 10 sit ups, 10 push ups and 10 burpees a day and a 5km run after day 6. Week 2.. wash rinse repeat.
That is why women are losing weight, so quickly and unhealthy. She herself is skinny fit. The reason why she has muscle is because she has no fat.
Julius diet for me in a carnivore or macro diet. It has an entire workout regime. It seems solid. My husband had no interest tho.
All in all. Don't waste your money or time on these goofs. I did. I regret giving them my money.

I'm surprised by the bad press on here! Sharny & Julius are so funny (but humor is of course, subjective). But they're very honest and funny. They provide, as someone said, an unconventional type of workout, but it is full of energy and good techniques. They also have Facebook groups and communities and a Youtube acct. But their program is nothing like their YT channel. It's completely directed at helping you.

Just paid a LOT of money for shred, protein and the healthy kids drink..... not one scoop provided with it!!! Very disappointed, as a busy mum with 5 children, I would of thought that the scoops would be provided, just to save time and after spending this amount of money, I shouldn't have to go and buy scoops!! Not happy!

Buying this program one year ago was the best choice I could have taken. I feel stronger and empowered.

Right now I am not happy with my purchase. I ordered the pelvic floor and another R1749 went off my account. I have spoken to the people on the email and they said I checked the box. I never checked any box as I was still reading the page. I told them that I did not upgrade and how do I find what I supposedly upgraded to. They said that I get fitmum which I paid for years ago already and pelvic floor for R2500 that is not the price

The videos are short and to the point and even though I started in June, I already see a bit of results. I no longer pee myself when I laugh or cough and my mummy pooch is slowly reducing. The support system is also excellent. Thanks tea with undermined. What happened? What apply for it? Are you kidding me? Do you know how long?

Really great programme, I was thinking about buying for a long time, glad I took the plunge. It's a marathon not a race and you will see results if you are consistent. Very happy with it

I appreciate the realness of the program. It’s very easy to follow even with a houseful of kids running around. The key is commitment. Stay consistent and trust the process.

It works if you really follow the program. It was the only thing that helped me lose my post-baby weight. After almost one year of trying different things that use to work pre baby, I did s&j fitmom and I finally lost 13kgs in 6 weeks. You need to be consistent and follow exactly what she tells you in her videos, dedicate 8 week and you will see the difference. More weeks you will lose more weight. Exercises are also really good for moms who had a baby and have postpartum injuries (which I had a few). It helped heal my body. It's also one payment for lifetime access. i was broke when I had babies, so this was perfect. 5 years, 2 babies later I still use this program! It won't work if you are not consistent and dedicated to the plan and exercise.

Easy to follow videos, good information. I can see a difference already!

Like many other reviews already mentioned the videos are very poor quality lots of chatting around and feels very homemade. There is nothing new to it, everything can be found on YouTube. The exercises don’t build up, is the same repeat thing. The foreign objects up in the v was something that put me off. You can’t get a refund. The whole sale process is very scammy, loads of emails, loads of salesly talks and very pushy.

Because of the “useless” chatting in the video is difficult to filter it to the exercise and if you want to repeat the exercises is a nightmare having to re listen to all that.

I had to buy a different program after paying for this, couldn’t get my money back despite emailing them 2h after checkout.

I’m at progression 2 of 5 and am so excited to build up to be able to do #5! The instructions are clear and concise, Sharny tactfully walks you through the whole workout and so far each one is 6 min or less (the progressions and the “green” workouts). I feel like it’s very doable even when just starting out, I feel zero overwhelm, and I feel so accomplished when I finish! I’ll try to update again in 6 months or so. Side note- I started this program as a continuing education after graduating Pelvic Floor PT. These exercises all feel safe to my body as it continues to heal. If you do this, just make sure you do it all! The progressions AND the stretches. Both are needed for a healthy PF!

Waste of money. Wish I had have read reviews first. The entire program is basically different sequences of the same basic movements that consist of sucking on your gut and holding for a few seconds, push ups, squats, pull ups, leg raises, running on the spot and burpees. The videos are home made low quality. They only allow “Positive” posts on their social media otherwise they are not approved or deleted so the page lacks authenticity. Refunds are declined.

Im so happy!
I wish this program was available in spanish because I am from Chile and I know so many women who could benefit from it but they dont speak english ☹️

It actually works! I have only been using the program for a few weeks and still only in the 1st phase but it’s doing what it promises. And the site is so easy to use- you don’t have a lot thrown at you at once. Looking to see the full benefits when I am completed. I have already referred people whom I know would benefit! THANK YOU
