I asked the refund after just one hour but they don't want to. When I discover the unprofessional videos and the lack of original exercices, you understand that it is a scam. It is just marketing and they propose only vacuum that you can find easily everywhere on YT and exercice with yoni eggs.
You don't need to buy the program for that.
The meal plan is the same, nothing interesting or new.
What is even more surprising, they don't deliver invoice and you can't get payment receipt.

I love this program! It really works. Results were visible after 1 week! What I love as a woman/mother is how Sharny adds her personal touches/ perspectives into the program. Along with the food advice and the meditation and about your mind set. S & J really cover everything. It is definitely a lifestyle not a once off. I feel more supported from S & J than my own 'family/friend circle'. Absolutely the best decision I made for myself was to do this. I'm never going back to the old ways of eating. Thank you S & J. You've changed my life! For the better!

I have struggled with urinary issues for a very long time. I started my journey 6/29/23 and am already seeing big results in that area!!! I also am smack in the middle of menopause so have that “meno belly” happening. Some of that is due to diet, but I do feel my inner core is getting much stronger!!! I look forward to seeing my final results!!!

Excellent exercises that make a difference really quickly whatever your age!! I'm a grandmother (mother of 4) and finally getting a flatter stomach again!!

I'm not a young, nor a new mother. However, I was not told about the diastasis recti and how to heal it when I had my daughters. I was simply told that it was what happens when you have kids. I tried all the abdominal exercises, but they never worked. I can't believe that I could have healed this so easily! My pants started fitting better within a week. I'm so excited! Recently, I also started having bladder issues. It was humiliating! I felt like I couldn't be as free because I had to make sure I was as close to a bathroom as possible "just in case". Now I can relax during my morning commute. I am so so grateful for this product! Thank you so much! The only thing I would have liked more would be to also have a workout routine video with the regular exercises all together (maybe two, one with kids and one without lol). Basically having those videos together with all the reps included.

I have learned a lot through this program. It's really nice having a program specific to pelvic floor. Doctors do not give much info about after childbirth. Certainly nothing related to pelvic floor unless it's severe. But every mama could use this post partum. It is different because it's a lot about the vagina which is not something most of us are focused on talking about. So for those who feel uncomfortable I think it's natural, but this is part of our anatomy and I agree we should start talking about vaginal health. The challenge with this program is it is very self propelled meaning the mama has to invest the time and do the work. This is not a program that has a calendar workout for every day like most typical exercise programs. There is a warm up, exercises to do with siggested crystal balls and suggested core exercises to do along with pelvic floor exercises. There are tracking tools, but I need to do the tracking and the work. There are several videos with Sharny doing workouts which is helpful. And there is a workout program that you can buy extra which I would recommend doing. I wasn't able to get both, but I feel that would have been an extra motivator for me. It is necessary to watch all the videos and follow the program to a "T." Meaning diet and doing exercises 4-5 days a week. It won't work otherwise. I have noticed some tightening and improvement in my pulse speed over the last month. I received my crystal balls and am incorporating that as well. I would recommend this program!

I love all of the informational videos that covered all the different aspects of the program. I also love the support group, where women can get together and share their own experiences and healing journey.

This program is not for me and go against my religious beliefs. I reviewed the introduction and immediately realized it's not for and requested a refund. The company refused. Offered a credit for services I cannot use? Awful company! Awful service!

There really should be a no star option for people to use. Anybody that is writing positive reviews on here must be paid by or affiliated to the company. It is absolute rubbish and a complete waste of money. Do not subscribe and give them your credit card details. I had to cancel my card. They are preying on vulnerable women.

I’ve just started a week ago, but so far I am enjoying the program. I leak when I do just about anything and it’s miserable! I can feel my muscles with the exercise so it has to be working. It’s just going to take me a little bit to build my muscles up. I love her openness and her vibe!! I can’t wait to report again soon with a powerful pelvic wall and vagina 🤩

I learned a lot in a fun and informative way. The only constructive criticism I have is that all the verbage was directed at young mother's. I am a mother and a grandmother. I never had a problem with leaking until I got older. I think part of it is that I haven't been sexually active in recent years. Anyway, the program has been very helpful to me even though, I am not a young mother.
