Scam company
Item never delivered. Terrible communication with business. Looks like 1 knife instead of an 8 piece set. Extra costs on delivery despite policy claiming checlout is final cost. Complete SCAM.

Thank you for your review. We have checked the order and would like to clarify the facts for anyone reading this.
The customer ordered one 8-inch slicing knife, not an 8-piece knife set. The order details clearly show that a single knife was purchased.
The shipment was sent to Dubai, where multiple delivery attempts were made. Delivery could not be completed because the required customs/import charges were not paid. As stated in our shipping policy, any customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
The parcel was subsequently returned to us, and we issued the customer a full refund.
We are always happy to assist customers and resolve genuine delivery issues. However, we believe it is important that the facts of an order are represented accurately.
