I purchased an item for $55 and $6 gift bags in which my total purchase was $101 due to $31.98 in shipping fees. I did NOT get the gift bags, so when I called to have them sent I was lied to by a representative that I would receive FULL refund because they can’t ship the gift bags without the product, so I agreed. No refund, so called back today and was lied to again, then I was just told by floor Supv “Roslyn” that it was a “miscommunication” on the customer service rep and that I should NOT expected a full refund despite being told 3x by 3 different representatives that I will receive a full refund. There is NO ACCOUNTABILITY AND THEY ARE PATHOLOGICAL LIARS WHO PASS THE BUCK ONTO PAYING CUSTOMERS! They can’t even get the story straight on why I didn’t receive the gift bags that I purchased, they’re out of stock or they can’t be shipped separately, but it is accepted to pay $31.98 in shipping fees and NOT RECEIVE 1 of 2 ITEMS PURCHASED! NEVER AGAIN, HEED MY WARNING ‼️

If I could give it a ZERO I would! Don’t waste your money! Bought for grandkids for Christmas and hasn’t worked once and now can’t return!!! I want my money back!!!!

I purchased a Sharper Image Cordless Vacuum, Stick and Handheld Combo White from Target about a month ago. Immediately, the battery would only hold less than 10 minutes charge. Over the month, the battery has gotten progressively worse. This past weekend after sitting on the charger all night, the battery ran for 30 seconds and died. I reached out to Sharper Image requesting a warranty replacement of the very obviously defective battery pack, they told me to contact Target. When I questioned the MANUFACTURER'S warranty, they then replied that "warranty issues should be directed to Target." Last time I checked Target did not manufacture the battery!

I see a class action lawsuit in their future, because they are obligated by law to address issues with brand new items that are defective from the factory. The retailer is not the avenue to request a warranty repair. I will NEVER purchase another Sharper Image product. Ever.

Product under warranty stopped working, no support provided, it's like pulling teeth.

I wouldn't rate this company even one star but it was the only way to get to this section of my review. I bought a gift for someone at 7:45 a.m. and needed a refund because the person receiving the gift already had it. When I called at 9:04 a.m., I was told that I could not have a refund because the order had already processed. That's ridiculous. I started researching this company, I saw a lot of negative reviews. Do not buy from this company. Caveat emptor!!!

I order a cervical pain relief device for Christmas on November 2nd. My husband didn't like it because it felt too bulky and very uncomfortable to use. On 12/29/26 it was picked up by FED EX in Sparks Nevada and was deliver to Okron Ohio on 3:04 pm on 1/6/26.

I have emailed asking where my refund is after including the refund paperwork and keeping a copy for myself and have heard NOTHING back. It is now the end of January and still haven't got my refund back to my account and haven't heard from one customer service agent. I will never purchase anything from this company again since carrier pigeon would have been quicker than sending this gift back for a refund. It's apparent they are just about selling you merchandise not about following through when the product is not what you expected or advertised.

Sharper Image deducts fairly high return shipping fees for returning an item and then fails to issue a refund. Sharper Image is a dishonest, disreputable company that sells cheaply made products. I suspect that so many of their products get returned due to customer dissatisfaction, that if they acturally abided by their return poiicy and issued refunds, the compnay would go broke. We all need to petition retailers like WalMart and Bed Bath and Beyond to stop carrying Sharper Image products. This is the only way to change the way they operate to rip off consumers.

The items I received when I first ordered were very pricy and did not get the discount they promised; that was approximately 3 years ago. I tried to reach them unsuccessfully. I now wanted to place 3 orders but decided to check reviews first and the negative reviews are too much and true. Too many of these
online merchants are dropping the ball with regards to products, delivery and service. Sorry, not buying again from them.

The Heated Slippers don't heat. All the lights work fine. Just no heat. How do I get my money back?

Sharper Image once had a goid reputation with store presence. beware of claims stating they are an American brand company. A company bought the original business and now is “Sharper Image Company “ . they are simply the middlemen for cheap tech products - with cool packaging and sleek online sales that are high priced.
Dont be fooled by the complicated sales prices, the shipping rebates, and the $25 gift cards. You will get these but will never be able to apply them to any item other then a full price item - which has high shipping costs. Its a pricing scam . And the products, especially the toys are at best mediocre.

Ordered two items, both defective, both returned; only partial refund provided. Ridiculously terrible customer service. Should be called "customer disservice." Will never ever order from them again!

I ordered a bathrobe for my niece's birthday. It was described as plush, long, hooded. The item I received was knee-length. That's not my major complaint.
It was left on my porch in a flimsy box which was water-logged because it had rained (there is a spot next to the door that is ALWAYS dry, but the box was not near that). In addition to the box being waterlogged, when I opened the box, the plush robe was soaked. It had just been dumped into the box without any other wrapping...most shippers would have put the robe in some sort of plastic and/or water-repelling wrapping. As well, the robe had a bellyband around it that indicated: "As seen on TV - Amazon." So much for Sharper Image's image. The matching image on Amazon was for a cost of $29.95. The Sharper Image bill was $77.00.

i ORDERED TWO ITEMS BUT THEY WERE NOT WHAT I EXPECTD SO I RETUURNED THEM WITH RETURN AN EXCHANGE. LABELS THEY SENT ME THROUGH FEDEX. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL THAT SAME DAY THEY WERE SENDING ME THE SAME ITEM AS IT WAS PROCESSED AS AN EXCHANGE AND CHARGING ME A $20.00 HANDLING FEE. I STILL HAVENOT GOTTEN THE REFUNDNON THE OTHER ITEM AND ALSO BEINGCHARGED $20.00 HANDLING FEE. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN AND AM REQUESTING REMOVAL FROM THEIR MAILING LIST. TERRIBLE COMPANY - BEWARE!!!

Bought the Flex Air Compression Boots, and the Hot/Cold Massage Gun, Both are fantastic and very sturdy. These items are made to last!

I agree with several of the reviewers that I wish 0 stars was a possibility. I made an order via Sharper Image for Christmas 2025. Received all the gifts in a timely fashion (though paid an exorbitant shipping fee). One of the gifts was given to my son and nephew. My nephew took his out of the box and had no idea how it works (virtual monster shooting game). I helped him, but will admit, was super confusing and Jenky and not at all what was expected. On top of that, the pieces easily came off and the goggles never fit on the head properly. My son tried it out and hated it.

I approached Sharper Image about returning and noticed that there was a HUGE return fee on top of paying taxes back. I emailed asking if this could be removed and was told, no, this is how they run their business. I mentioned writing a review about their terrible customer service, they essentially said, "Do what you gotta do." I will NEVER order from them again and would urge others to do the same.

Would give more than five stars if I could. I ordered a beautiful, personalized knife and it is gorgeous, high quality and arrived quickly. I made a mistake when I ordered it, but they were able to fix it even though it was already being processed. It is even better than pictured and I can’t be happier with the product and their customer service. From my experience, I highly recommend this company.

I’ll start this off by saying I sweat A LOT! and it doesn’t take much for me to start sweating. I let this thing run for 20+ minutes before getting in, sat in it for 25 minutes, and didn’t have one bead of sweat! They claim it gets to 145 degrees, NO WAY! Right out of the box a hole in the zipper where it looks like stitching was missed. The water heater has no latch on the lid so as pressure builds it forces steam out of the lid. I didn’t expect much for the price, but this thing is TERRIBLE!!! Does not work at all! Website has nothing but 5 star reviews, no way those are legit! I couldn’t find anywhere to write a review on the site… Weird. After complaining to customer service via email, they were kind enough to refund my shipping costs.. What a joke!

Sharper Image is a complete SCAM.
This company lied about delivery dates, then lowered the price on all products by a huge amount after chatges went through...will NEVER buy anything from this company again....BUYER BEWARE

Sharper Image customer for many years. However this year we ordered an item that was never delivered. There is a link in the email they send reporting delivery to let them know the item did not in fact reach you. We reported that the item was not delivered and since then they have repeatedly denied our claim stating that the email said it was delivered so we must have lost it or it was delivered somewhere else and we need to search for it. No photo of the delivered item like Amazon, Chewy and legitimate companies provide. In another instance they sent a wrong item that we returned for exchange but never received the correct item we ordered. No response after several tries to let them know. So far we are out $150 and they refuse to simply issue a refund and replace one item. We have spent a lot with them over the years but no more. I would give a zero star rating if I could.

Sent a gift for Christmas. A random item was shipped which was embarassing. No response to my e-mail. Will contact credit card company to hold charge ntil resolved.
