My experience with SHEilds
I signed up for the NEBOSH certificate and diploma course in November 2025 after looking at many different Health and Safety course content providers. I am glad I chose SHEilds because the study materials and other help, like being able to ask tutors and customer service for clarification, have been very helpful so far.

Having only just started the course a couple of weeks I have contacted the tutors several times to clarify different points. I am very impressed with the timeliness of the response, ie, same day or following morning. The tone of the reply is business-like, with no personal or comments or negativity. The answers given are in-depth and not just 'Yes and No'. To date, I am very satisfied with all aspects of the course .

When I visited the SHEilds Office at Cearwater Offices, I was served by Ms Jesicca Fourie who provided me with all the information I needed for myself and my niece Georgina Patsanza's accounts.
