Bag took 2.5 months to travel from LA to New York (shipment on Jan 6, bag delivered mid March after I chased them almost every day) and it was destroyed upon arrival. Sherpr makes it hard to claim for anything (you need receipts for everything in the bag)…and then Sherpr, in comms a month later, in April, charged me more money for it as it was slightly heavier than expected. Tired of dealing with them, so here is a review instead!

This is our second time using Sherpr to ship our boxes from France to the UK, and everything went more or less smoothly. Our items were held up in customs, but the Sherpr team was super responsive to our inquiries, and they also sent chasers to customs to see the issue for the hold-up. Overall, all of our items arrived without many issues. They are also super flexible with changing the pickup date and the number of boxes you can ship, as long as you book the flexible option, which was super useful. A big shoutout to Chelsea and Marie for being super great via the online chat functions for any questions or concerns I had. I would highly recommend Sherpr to anyone looking to ship their items

We chose Sherpr to ship 10 boxes for a move from Germany to USA. The team was very friendly, professional and supportive (thanks to Joe, Joana, Marie and Sammy). They helped us through every step of the move. Our boxes were blocked in customs for some days and some of our fragile things arrived broken. (I wouldn’t send anything fragile). But the Sherpr team supported us and helped to solve every problem.

Joe and Joana were really helpful throughout the whole process. My items were delivered on time and all intact. However I would advise using strong cardboard boxes for any fragile items.

Parcel arrived as promised thanks.

After having issues with US Customs, the team really does their hardest to ensure that you are always updated + kept in communication, which I appreciated! Marie was quick to reply and always considerate towards helping me. :)

Sent two large suitcases with them through DHL from London to Aberdeen. Printed labels come with a protective cover and cable ties. Picked up on Thursday and delivered on Monday. Thoroughly recommend

I shipped some personal belongings internationally and was very happy with the service. All items arrived without damage and the organisation of the shipment was dealt with well. Joe Prince helped me schedule and manage the shipment, and I would find it easy to recommend as a service.

Not the best experience so far, although customer support has been good and communicative.

I paid for labels to be printed and posted to me, which they weren't so I had to rush to sort that out in time for my bags to be picked up.

Was not notified of a time slot when the courier would arrive to collect and they turned up when I was not at home..

First time I have used your service and I'm pleased to inform that it was flawless from collection to delivery. Will definately use again. Please keep the standard.
