OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
This is the first time I had ordered anything from Shirley Aquatics. I am a novice fish keeper but I found their website far more informative than most with a broad range of products. I was very impressed with their communication which told me exactly when my items would be delivered and offered me the chance to change the delivery day if I wished. My items were delivered on time and well packaged with a personal note advising me that some of my items were out of stock and would be delivered at a later date. When I discovered there was something I had forgotten to order I emailed the company and got a phone call from Tony who took my order over the phone and agreed to send my extra item with the remainder of my order and at no extra postage cost. Well impressed! Will definitely use Shirley Aquatics again!

Outstanding delivery to Canada
Hi..I ordered an air action figurine and it was bought and delivered in 6 days... totally wow. I have family that I send Christmas cards across the pond to and it take 2-3 weeks.. thanks so much.... great experience shopping at Shirley Aquatics..truthfully Corey Earle from Canada.

Customer Service second to none with great prices.
I ordered a vast range of products from Fluval Carbon to Plecostomus Tablet Food to Carbon Filter Pad to Ceramic Rings for my fantastic aquarium. Products prices were very competitive if not a lot less on some products (trust me I did my research). Customer Service was excellent, constant contact until my order arrived safely. I would not hesitate in recommending Shirley Aquatics. I personally had a 5 star service. Keep the prices competitive and i will 100% not be looking elsewhere in future. Many thanks again.

Great Price with Super Customer Service
The price of most of the products are quite good, much lower than the price you would get from your local shop.
They have a superb customer service which will keep you informed about your order until it is safely delivered. The order is sent in a nice secure packing to have it delivered to the destination safely.

A Great Deal with Fast Delivery
Net Float Packs (at a better price than from the manufacturer) together with an exceptional delivery service (DPD) that keeps you informed from leaving the store to arriving on your doorstep (together with an e-mail to let you know the arrival to within an hour).
A fast and hassle free service from a first class retailer and I will definitely be back to Shirley Aquatics again. Buy with complete confidence. Highly Recommended.
