I received a defective dress in my order, which I immediately returned. (The original order was shipped on the same day.) Shopbop offered to send me a replacement dress, which hasn't been shipped yet after a week and definitely won't arrive on time until 8 October. I'm very disappointed with Shopbop's actions. I've never had such problems in the past. And reading the reviews here makes me feel uneasy. If I had known Shopbop won’t ship, I would never have agreed to an exchange. Please ship my order!!!!!!

I was slightly hesitant to order given some of the feedback on TrustPilot. Nevertheless, there was a pair of Saucony trainers I wanted in a size that I was struggling to find anywhere in Europe, so I took a chance - and wow, I am glad that I did. The ordering process was very easy, and I received immediate email confirmation. I ordered from the UK on a Saturday, received dispatch confirmation on the Sunday, and to my utter astonishment the trainers arrived today, Tuesday (despite an estimated arrival date of Friday, which I would have been happy with). That's four days from start to finish including two weekend days, which some UK retailers would do well to achieve, let alone a US-based one! So shopbop.com deserve 5 stars for turning around the order so quickly and dispatching at the weekend, and UPS also deserve 5 stars for such an amazingly quick international delivery. The packaging was great, the trainers came in their original box, and I am assuming any import charges were taken care of during the order process as I haven't received any additional request for payment. The trainers themselves are fantastic, exactly what I wanted and finally I got them in the size I wanted. 5 stars to everyone involved - I will happily order again from shopbop.com, it was literally perfect from start to finish!

I received a black Norma Kamali dress instead of a Hill House barn jacket. I immediately called customer service and they told directed me to return the item with wrong item sent as the reason. I did and received an email saying I returned the wrong item, no refund and they’ll destroy it unless I request it back. I am livid.

I ordered from Shop bop for the first time last weekend and then read all the negative trust pilot reviews and was very worried!
However, my concerns were unfounded as the dress arrived yesterday just 4 days after ordering from the U.K. and its beautiful.
My only negative would be that it was shown as $555 and I was charged £555 so obviously it was more expensive than I thought. In addition I was charged a £16 exchange rate fee on my bank statement.

Found a designer bag with steep discount on Shopbop. I placed the order without hesitation knowing it’s owned by Amazon. Then I came here to see the horrifying reviews that others had left and it made me worry! So after my first purchase, I came back to leave a positive review. I placed my order on Tuesday, it was shipped on Weds by UPS, and arrived on Thursday. They pre collected import charges (shipping to Canada), nothing was due at the door. They say any overpaid import charges will be refunded. Now I’m not sure if they will refund me anything. The box itself doesn’t have customs paper that shows how much tax and duties and fees were actually charged. I hope they will be honest and refund me any difference, but with the steep discount on the bag, I think it was a good deal even if i dont get any refund. If there’s any refund, it’d be a bonus. It’s still cheaper than buying it anywhere else. The bag is authentic. It has a built in RFID tag so I could confirm its authenticity.

It's me again. I ordered the matching $540 Silvia Tcherassi skirt to go with my top. This is the clearance price. The skirt is very hard to find and it came faster than expected and exactly as described. They also gave me a $50 credit towards the purchase of an item over $250. I love high end clothing and Shopbop is terrific. Would shop here again without hesitation. That's 2 out of 2 perfect transactions. Super fast shipping, item as described, and only place that I can find sought after designer clothing.

i have been shopping on shop bop for 20 years! My last order was never delivered to me even though their tracking says it was. it was difficult to find a link on their website to even report that it was not delivered. I emailed cusomter service and they said they could not even research this because my email didnt match my account email (even though i had my reciept and my address is the same and my credit card is on file). I explained that my original email must be from 20 years ago, a hotmail address I do not have access to to anymore. They still refused to investigate the non delivery. I doubt they care but i will not be shopping with them any more. An on line retialer should be concerned for their own benefit when packages are not delivered.

If there is a review below zero i would definitely use it here they are the WORST company I don’t know how they are owned by Amazon they are very unprofessional Absolutely trash don’t even waste your time to download their app cause once you place your order they will cancel it and disable your account for no reason and their customer service is the worst i don’t even know if they are a real website or a scam so don’t bother yourself to order from them.

Shipping is very fast considering it’s from the US to SG. Item is correctly shipped and is well packed. Was quite concerned over the bad reviews on Trustpilot, but thankfully my order went well. I think Shopbop may have made improvements over the years and has gotten better overtime as compared to few years ago. Thank you Shopbop! 👍

Ever since I left my first review here about how shopbop banned me from their site for no reason and told me to shop elsewhere over call, I received a reply on Trustpilot asking for more information. Ever since, I have not been contacted. Sent emails to their feedback and accounts team and have not gotten any replies either. I don't know if they'll have the decency to fix this to be honest.

I ordered the item on Tuesday and it arrived in Ireland on Friday - a three day turn around for delivery. I am hugely impressed with this fast and efficient shipping and am delighted with the garment that I got at a really good price.

I recently got the Madewell Transport tote. The size is nice, I'm able to carry everything I need easily, including food and water. It's much bigger than a purse. However, they sent me the wrong color. I kept it because I still like the bag but didn't want the hassle with exchanging it. And later I found out the bag is 10 bucks cheaper on Amazon, which owns shopbop. I actually used my Amazon account with shopbop. So that was a bummer.

Wont exchange my item for a different size bc the color that i ordered is no longer available. Wont let me get a diff color even though it’s the exact same item. Ridiculous

Ordered a Farm Rio blouse. I'm a 71 year old who appreciates fashion.........but absolutely HATES DECEIT.! GOOD JOB AMAZON AFFILIATE! THIS IS NOT A FARM RIO ORIGINAL. MY EYES CAN STILL TELL DETAIL.

Completely fake website, do not trust this site. Do not waste your money trusting something useless site like this. We ordered a bike toy for Rs.900 and received something else which will be worth Rs.100, total shit this is.
