Wl corrector no sirve para nada no tapa nada una decepción, el d Maybelline fit me Le da mil vueltas y no cuesta eso ni 5 veces... Los polvos si me gustan pero el corrector 0 dinero tirado

Es una vergüenza como responden a los problemas. Llevo más de un mes esperando que me manden la etiqueta para devolver uno de los productos que compré, este en cuestión no pertenecía a ninguna promoción, tenía su precio natural, sin embargo, después de un mes y medio esperando me contestan que “no se puede devolver porque pertenece al Cyber Monday”, lo cual no es cierto. Si no tienes seguro que te lo vas a quedar NO LO COMPRES, porque, si con suerte te contestan a tiempo para devolverlo, se agarrarán a cualquier motivo que nada tiene que ver con lo que describen en su FAQ para no enviarte la etiqueta de devolución y sin ella, no lo puedes devolver.

I’ve been waiting 20 days for the return label that they promised. I placed two orders at the same time due to an issue on there’s website, and there team confirmed that you would provide a return label — yet I still haven’t received anything.
At this point, I’m extremely disappointed. I don’t feel I can rely on their website

Dont purchase any beauty products

Hi, I just opened the following

1) Pressed powder, bad-smelling like an expired product- can't put it on face -
2) Faux Filter Concealer Cotton Candy 2.3 --- empty - little product - tiny product on the applicator brush
3)Faux Filter Color Corrector Cherry Blossom-- awful smell and almost empty

I did not open Mascara - after seeing these products

Highly disappointed -- faulty and expired cosmetic products received. None of these products is worth using.

Those who knows the truth and tried her product knows that these are the best in the world. Great product and service, fast delivery and great quality. But I guess some stupid people are mixing between understanding that this is a product review and not pro-stupidity

Huda beauty is such a good brand ! I tried a lot of other brands (cheaper dupes and expensive products) for years but huda beauty is an other level!! I love it !!!

Don't believe the trolls on the Internet! The oppressor has a lot of trolls working for them and try to destroy huda beauty but her products are bomb 👌🏽 and people who using her products know that

Ayer he recibido la paleta rota y no hay manera de contactar con ellos y cuando le mandas el email no te contestan y cuando hablas con ellos por chat no te solucionan nada pésima atención al cliente esta es la última compra de mi vida pagas un dineral en el producto y nadie te hace caso

It was the worst experience ever , I received my order damaged and I sent alot of E-mails to the customer service and I didn’t receive any reply or refund.
I have to say ordering from the official website is a really bad experience…
It’s worse than ordering from a Chinese cheap website.

Placed almost $200 order during Cyber Craze. Never got order. Every time I checked the status it was just sitting. I reached out and they said to allow 16 business day before contacting them. Finally got them to say they lost my order, but now everything I ordered is now out of stock.I have asked them to honor the same discount I used for me to place new order, and they will not respond. Oh. They also need me to wait at least 14 days for a refund.
I have sent them multiple emails that they will not respond to. This company is bush league at best. They throw u to the wolves once they get your money. Soooo bad.

I bought the newest pallet of eyeshadow. It never came despite they said it was delivered to my mail box. Post master had no record of it and mail man has not put any boxes in my mail box. I had to prove numerous times I did not get it to include showing the information the post master did not have it on record. I looked at all cameras, talked to neighbors, and reached to post office as they suggested prior to even reaching out to them. They said they would replace it but have not heard from them since. The link shows nothing that is supposed to have my new tracking info. They took my money and it’s been over a month soon be 2 months with nothing to show for it. It was $60 plus bucks. They do not have a phone either to take calls so you have to wait for emails. Then they shut the ticket if you do not respond in a day. Well some of us are busy and do not live for our emails. They reopened the ticket and nothing has happened. I emailed today asking for an update (almost 2 weeks later) and if they have shipping information. I’m waiting to hear from them. At this point they took money and I received zero product. Do not buy from them. Something is going on. Apparently after talking to others in the beauty community, they are having issues as well. I’m at the point I feel scammed. I either want my money back or the product. That simple!

Update: I had to get bank and After Pay involved. After Pay informed me that they has more than several of us complain and have same issues. I also used my post office to who said the tracking didn’t exists. I took pictures of all our reviews, post office response or tracking does not exist, and reported as fraud. That is when I finally for a response from Huda Beauty. They ignored my emails and request for refund. After Pay pushed my issues through them and Huda Beauty Lied to them. I passed all emails and the updated email where customer service admitted they never sent out the original after they insisted I got the package. They then for a 3ed time said they were sending my product out. I never revived my refund like I asked. I don’t want the product anymore as a gift. I replaced it with another Mario. Over 2 months I revived it. They would not give me my refund. They also have supplies left don’t let them lie to you. The excuses that is flowing with this company and many of us is crazy. They delete comments online as well. I had to check for my review because it was looking to be missing from here. I’m updating in hopes that others see this and do not believe the reviews that others for theirs. Huda Beauty has ability to reply to these reviews and have out fake reviews in that are good. I lost count how many of us have received same issues with them lying, ignoring emails, and not giving refunds. If it was not for After Pay pushing on their end I probably would have been left on read a few weeks ago. Do not buy from Huda Beauty. Their customer service team is unethical. Take money and then deny and lie to us customers. My bank agreed after seeing emails and reviews on their own research that they would refund me if I did not get product or refund in a timely manner.

Got my fragrance (Vanilla Royale) in the mail and was super excited and tried the fragrance on my neck and wrists. After about 1-2 hours I got an allergic reaction which ive never had before from fragrances, so I immediately contacted and filled the customer support team.
Mind you I have a different fragrance from Kay Ali (Juicy Apple) which has given me no reactions.
After nearly a week, there is no email or response back to help my case or even offer a refund or an exchange.

Please AVOID at all cost!! I ordered the bundle offer which included a free brush. However, when I got my order the brush was missing. So I email customer service and I received the email saying
“The brush got sold out due to which it was not added to your cart. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we would love to offer you a gift certificate for £15. This will cover the price of the mini version of the brush and most of the shipping cost. The gift certificate will be valid for 30 days. Please let us know if you’d like to proceed, and we’ll issue the code right away.

Unfortunately, after numerous emails they are avoiding my emails and have received nothing. Stop lying and promising your customers.

Terrible customer service, I sent back 3 products worth £105, they received them and issues me a gift certificate, however the gift certificate is invalid/zero amount for some reason. Been emailing them about it, there is no confirmation on the order, gift certificate amount is now zero but I have not got anything from it. They been ignoring my emails. AVOID at all costs.

Worst customer service. Asking me for PayPal details for a return when I paid via apple pay and now I have missed the return deadline. They kept asking for PayPal details and I didn’t have them because I paid via Apple Pay so they were refusing to do a refund.
