Sent me completely someone else's order and now won't even respond to my emails or messages to sort it out. Worst service. Don't buy online directly from huda beauty. I have never had such a poor experience buying online. Super disappointed.

I bought her new release of Easy Bale perfume and a setting powder by her option of Afterpay but they never send me a confirmation email or a shipment confirmation. When I contacted there customer services (they are bots) and the kept saying theh could not find my order and sorry, in spite I had proof of my order from Afterpay. I even wrote directly in Instagram to Huda Beauty on comments optiom becaise she doesn't have direct customer service people. And in spite of me tagging her in my comment, she never replied back. Ever! So, I have to go through Afterplay and my bank to get this solved. So disappointed.

Expired discolored perfume sent. No offer to replace. Instead offered to charge me return shipping fee. Worst customer service ever

First time ordering from them for the black friday. First of all, Ive wait so long for my order then, I received the package completely broken; I opened it and I see my eyeshadow palette completely destroyed from the inside. This is awful, this brand claiming to be luxe didn’t even protect correctly the package with a good package structure and protection. The only protection in my package was a slip of cardboard paper looking like a regular writting paper, thats’it! Now, Ive been waiting so long for my order and I cannot even use it…

Do never buy from them.
I want a full refund, I refuse a store credit or to run to the post office to send them back their low quality product. Im still waiting that customer service to even contact me on this matter to get my money back asap on my account.

People please beleive all the bad reviews, I refused to listen and order due to the hype but do not get as influenced as I was by all the dust of their marketing.

Customer service is a bit incompetent

Theyre horrible!!! Do not order from them! I sent back a wrong color foundation 3 weeks ago and still no refund! everytime i try to call them the number goes to voicemail. horrible horrible company!!!!

I received two separate orders made days apart: Kayali 28, Vanilla Royals 10 ml, the Rose Quartz Palette, and a lip trio set. Everything is beautiful, arrived fast, and with free shipping, no less. I am ecstatic! Thank you Hudda Beauty!

They sent me broken items, I returned them immediately I still haven’t gotten a refund or replacement it’s been over a month! They have really bad customer service I don’t recommend huda beauty at all. Lost hundreds of dollars!

Really annoyed I’ve just received my parcel from HUDA BEAUTY and it’s an empty parcel?? Like wth?? Can someone explain to me what’s going on??? This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience ordering directly from her!

Spent a large amount on Huda products to receive a free gift. Once the total was reached and the gift applied in basket I proceeded to check out. But alas when the order was completed no free gift. So I emailed to rectify the mistake and was informed that my gift didn't qualify because after taxes were applied my total was no enough! Even though you are not informed of tax total until payment is made. Very underhanded and unethical business practices.

Really happy.places the order about ten days ago,sent notification it was on its way,I changed the delivery date as nobody was going to be home ahd just delivered today.i got the items on sale,perfect packaging,no damage,I’m very impressed after a bad experience with tarte online,I would definitely recommend Huda beauty online

Item was not in stock but they had it on the website anyway. I ordered and paid for it. In fact, the item was on sale also after I placed my order. When I received my order, said item was missing. I had to reach out to them to find out why my item was missing. They sent me what I felt was a cold reply saying basically that oh yeah it’s out of stock and that I’ll get a refund.They didn’t bother informing me until I reached out to them. I’ve been a loyal customer but will not purchase from them again.

Purchased from them often but after this time, I can't in good conscious purchase from them again as they have become incredibly unreliable! I made a purchase during their 80% off sale. I purchased my stuff right when the sale started. So there was a whole lot available.... waited 2 weeks for my order with emails confirming I would get my items I ordered and its just a delay in shipping. I usually get my orders in 2 days so this was really unusual. Got an email saying my stuff was finally arriving which was great. 2 days after, I get another email saying stuff from my order was unavailable! Those were supposed to be Xmas presents and they waited all this time to tell me I'm not getting things 10 sleeps before Xmas!!! I didn't want to go to the busy centers during covid but now, I have to do to their horrible service! I'm so disappointed. I would have received my entire order if they just shipped it on time. The things im not getting were available 2 days after i purchased them so its not like they were sold out immediately. Not going to be purchasing again because I will not know if I will get anything I ordered or not.

I ordered during black friday and I have received 3 messages saying that its going to take 10 additional days... so it has been from 23th November that Ive been waiting for them to ship my order...
They gave me 15% discount because of the delay but honestly, my order is going to arrive almost on the after Christmast sale, so what is the point of having buying on the black friday???
Im so upset because I even didnt get a real reason of the delay and just replied with a copy-paste message saying "its going to take 10 additional days from today"...

Purchased multiple boxs of her makeup during the black friday sale but missing items left me disappointed. Contacted customor service so have yet to receieve the products or repurchase at sale price

Just recieved order for huda beauty mini metal shadows in soft pinks and warm brown also lipsticks, desert dusk eyeshadow palette and nymph all over body highlighter in all 3 colours ecstatic with order. Delivery was problematic due to customs delay items shipped from dubai. But extremely happy with order and insane discounts from black Friday sale. Saved over £160 in the sale, well worth the wait.

After seeing the Black Friday deals on Huda Beauty website, I decided to take a plunge and order many products from them.

After the order was placed, I saw negative reviews regarding deliveries and felt sceptical about my order. At the time, there was nothing I could do but wait to see if my order would arrive.

I placed my order on Tuesday, received a notification from DHL 5 days later saying that my items will be delivered on Tuesday a week later. However, on Monday morning, DHL updated me with an email and Text message saying that it will be delivered by the end of the day today. I successfully received my items on the Monday.

Personally, I have not has any issues with my first time delivery. I was kept up to date with my order status, received a tracking number to track my items and received all my items successfully within a week. The products are absolutely amazing and I will definitely be ordering through the website again.

I purchased there mascara… it’s called legit lashes… One end is major volume, and the other end is dramatic curl and insane length… It works so good! I can honestly say this is one of the best mascaras I have ever had! It is totally worth the purchase! This will now be my new favorite mascara! Great job HUDA beauty!
