The website shop-hudabeauty.co.uk is a scam. They took my money and all my emails are bouncing back. My bank is looking into this at the moment.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Now started dispute with bank. How can a company like HUDA allow this to keep going on? Absolutely disgusting

This site is fake and has taken hundreds from my account and provided a fake tracking number and a fake contact email. it all looks legit but the emails all bounce back and there's no way of contacting them. Beware!!

Don’t trust uk-hudabeauty.com haven’t got a email confirmation, website I think is fraudulent as it’s not got pay pal or contact information and I can’t delete my contact details or bank details...so I don’t know when my purchases will arrive or not.... won’t be using this website ever again.

DO NOT BUY FROM UK-HUDABEAUTY.COM THEY ARE A SCAM!! TOOK £25 FROM ME, NEVER GOT THE ITEM AND THE ONLY CONFIRMATION IS A TEXT. THEY DONT EVEN HAVE ANY CONTACT DETAILS OR POLICIES ON THEIR SITE. BE AWARE!! VILE PEOPLE.

I ordered from this website and found out that this is fraud company.it was not huda company website. I contactedmy bank and requested charge back .please guys contact your bank

Don’t buy online please. I was so excited to receive my bullet lipsticks in colours “cinco de Mayo” and “anniversary” both where crushed to the lid when I opened them and the pink lipstick was stuck on the lid and not on the tube!!! I’m so angry the item was delayed too !!!

huda beauty is having sales on black friday this year 2020 so i seen alot good products i wanted and even got so excited once i put my order in bit after i recieve a email that my payment was unsucessful and i try over again still recieve the same thing but then i check my bank anncount there was 5 payments of 144 and yet they got the nerves to send me a email my payment didnt go thru but still took my money out my account i am very upset baecause it alot of money and yet i aint recieving and makeup cause my payment wasnt successful at all !!!!!! do not trust them all at!!!

Just had my first experience with them! Very great customer service and fast! No doubt very great products with good quality. Love it!

Placed my order late on Saturday night, it arrived today! Very impressed with the time scale of the delivery to say it came from Dubai!
One of the sets I ordered has a beautiful eyeshadow palette I’m really impressed with!
And the deluxe sample is a really good size!
Would deffo order again if I needed anything!

I got foundation, lip kits and I honestly haven’t used them again because the quality isn’t great at all.

Foundation is really thick - it looks cakey and the lip makeup is really sticky and not comfortable.

You can Not buy make up from a women that is a hypocrite. She’s lives in the muslim world, promoting false beauty. She’s had plastic surgery everywhere on her Face&body and now is promoting products that don’t even work. She is not a professional, she’s just a Instagram blogger that wants fame.

Can someone clarify a shocking apparent instruction that your store employee claimed today regarding a Luna spray. I purchased a Luna product as a gift and the spray didn’t work. I travelled an hour back to Selfridges to have it replaced. The store worker claimed that she could not replace the item or give me a refund despite me being within 14 days of purchase and instead stated that Huda instruct her to use a STICK to unblock the spray. At this point the item was taken apart, leaking (I have video footage of this) and a stick shoved up the plastic spray tube. The sales girl was a sarcastic disgrace that told me I could not speak to her manager and thought it was ok to carry this out initially without gloves until I told her to put them on. I have heard very bad things about this company but today I found out first hand how bad they are. I fully intend to put the video up online within the week.. credit to the manager who amazingly turned up to give me a Selfridges voucher in place of the money.

I absolutely despise Hyda because her concealer is too full coverage and I'm just so naturally pretty I don't feel like I need concealer that thick. A good CHEAPER dupe is the collection concealer. I LOVE hoodaz products. Every single one including the concealer. I find that it enhances my beauty. When I walk into clubs, everyone stops and turns around to stare at me and my best friends (aka my sisters). Deffo recommend Huedea. My mum and I discussed how it would help me get laid. However I DESPISE HUDA. I HATE HER WITH EVERYTHING but I am going to order her whole collection apart from her concealer as I already have 3 that I don't like because I bought them for highlighting purposes but I use them for contour shades.

Products came quick however it says i’m getting samples on my order confirmation which did not get delivered with my order, disappointing

I ordered a small and large mystery bundle from Huda Beauty on the 12th May. It's my first time ordering or really buying any of their products, my only knowledge of the brand was the New Nude eyeshadow palette my cousin had gifted me. I actually ended up really loving the colours, so when I saw this deal come up I jumped at the chance. I was very anxious not only about which products/shades I would receive but the shipping and condition they would arrive in after seeing the number of negative reviews on this website. Additionally I not only had already spent $124USD on the bundles but shipping tends to take a long time anyways (around 2 weeks) as I live in New Zealand. I was very surprised to receive my order exactly on time on the 26th May as I had been told delays due to COVID-19 were likely. Not only did my customer service queries regarding shipping get answered promptly (within a couple of hours at most) but they were very helpful and patient. It did take one week from receiving my confirmation email for my products to ship and receive the tracking number. But after I got the tracking number it was all smooth sailing. It was updated everyday by DHL Express so I could always see where my packages were at any point. The products all arrived beautifully wrapped, in perfect condition and not a single eyeshadow was scratched or broken. I had no extra tax to pay (I did check what the requirements for my country are beforehand though) so ended up getting a very good deal as it I bought approximately $585 NZD worth of products for only $214 NZD. No extra shipping or customs taxes and all of my items came in perfect condition. Would absolutely buy again from Huda Beauty, it was real value for money.
