I purchased clothes August 4 when they were doing that huge sale, understandably I’m sure a lot of others did as well so I get it would take a while to get all orders out but here it is already August 28 and nothing. Initially when purchasing they said it would be 7-14 days. I got an email August 12 and said it would be an additional 7-14 days and I ended up emailing them and asking how much longer will I have to wait August 20th and they emailed me back August 23rd and said it would be an additional 7-14 days……

Meanwhile they’re sending several emails every day promoting sales and deals but they can’t even keep up with orders.

If you’re wanting to purchase from them just beware that it will take the longest time to receive your items, if you receive them at all.

They haven’t told people this and did not adjust process or ship times on their website. Dishonest. Below from CS @ ShopJustice.com

We know that your order is delayed, so this does not account for any period of time you have already waited, this is a new shipping estimate provided by our warehouse team today.

They offered to let me cancel the order. Wish I had know this when I ordered.

Order has not shipped and items are being randomly cancel. It's been 20 days from order date. Last time I order from them.

I placed a large order on August 4th for School clothes. I saw their notes about orders being delayed---fine. It has now been 18 days and my order still says Unfulfilled and partially refunded. I don't even know what that means or which items (I'm assuming) were out of stock. Or how they know they they haven't fulfilled the rest of my order yet. I don't know when or if it will even come. That order was $52. I placed another order on August 9th and same thing--they have my money and there's crickets on the order status. This was our first time ordering from the "new" justice and it will likely be the last. They keep pumping out the social media/email promotions and can't keep up with the order volume they already have. What a joke.

Be aware!!!!! if something doesn’t fit and they are sent in separate packages? you the customer will be charged 7.00 dollars per package to send the items back.

Placed and order on 3/7/22 and still 3 weeks later still haven't received. Buyers beware of so long shipping. Called and got a nasty answer. Won't shop there anymore.

Buyer beware!!!! Placed and order 1/31. Received half the order (which was to be matching sets) only got some and not matches on 2/24!!! Emailed customer support and got an email that i was refunded what I didn't receive and they don't have it now. So I have mismatched items I bought as sets. $150 worth of merchandise!!! Never buying again from them!!!

I am very disappointed with the Justice store. After they reopened, I wanted to continue supporting their business by placing orders. However, many items are offered for sale while they are out of stock already. Customer service doesn't care, promises to call back with the solution but never does. Shipping time is ridiculous! My last order took a month before it arrived and it was missing an item that I ordered. It is not the same Justice as it was before it went out of business. Very disappointed.

Crooks. I had a gift card with no fee no expiration date and they won’t honor the gift card. How can a business like this be trusted?

The shipping choice Justice offers is terrible. If you need the product quicker than 16 to 20 days don't order here. They use FedEx smart post which is the cheapest slowest possible. You get tracking till it gets handed off to USPS. After that it's radio silence. When you call they just tell you they have 14 business days once the shipper receives package. To me that is a bad way to do business making customers wait so long so they can save a buck. This is the last purchase I will make.

This "NEW" Justice is a complete JOKE! I am so frustrated! I placed a LARGE order on Nov, 30 for Christmas for my daughter and trying to talk to someone in customer service is a joke, I have got nowhere and call daily. They guaranteed xmas delivery if place by Dec. 6th, and my order has not shipped yet!

The clothes are extremely expensive, I found better quality clothes and cheaper clothes on sale at Aeropostale. On Black Friday, I bought 3 pairs of jeans for $58. Yet Justices jeans were selling for $22. And that was with the black friday discount. The online store is quite disappointing. Ever since they switched owners or whatever, the quality of clothing has dropped significantly. Their online store is very limited too.

I took my Daughter on a trip for her 14 Birthday,this is the outfit she wore and these are the shoes she wore with her outfit,the shoes came from Justice she love these shoes there Comfortable they fit perfect as well.

So tired of getting the emails saying things are available only to go to the site to see that nothing is available. I’m deactivating my email address. Make enough leggings or just go out of business already. You’re spamming my inbox with false info.

Returns are ridiculous ordering items are ridiculous. I’m the type of person who likes to buy things in advance because they go so fast on the Justice website. So I order some items for my daughter and of course due to Covid most kids are starting to thin out because they’re all out the house a little more now. So I called customer service to try to get a return label because they don’t have the item still available where I can try and get another size. I spoke to a supervisor who states that they have a strict return 45 day policy this is ridiculous. No there’s a supervisor also any other alternative to try and keep me as a loyal customer. Within the last few weeks I have ordered way over $200 worth of merchandise in the nerve of them to send me a $10 reward today after making a complaint keep it I don’t need it

Shipping time is ridiculousssssss! So is processing time. It takes them like 5 days to process. I'm an online ordering kind of person and nothing from other stores take so long. It is ridiculous. I don't think I will order again. Same story with the backpacks. I ordered way ahead of time. If that's the case before ordering they should let you know "hey it will be 3 to 4 weeks by the time you get your stuff." I'm so upset!

Justice on is a scam please beware of ordering anything from them. I placed an order for my daughter backpack on July 31st it was suppose to be delivered on August 10th, it's the 12th I never received her backpack and school starts on the 16th. I called Justice just to learn that they shipped it thru FedEx and from them it went to the Usps, and they had no updated on the tracking the lady told me to give it to Tuesday to receive it, that's the 14 days period. Now I have to go out and buy my daughter backpack for school Monday, I will never be ordering anything else from Justice

I had a gift card from Christmas and did know I had to use it by the 15 VERY UNHAPPY that $25 wasted they should be ashamed Now i have a gift card I cant even use. NEVER shopping here again. AND MANY OF MY FRIENDS ARE DOING THE SAME. U ALL SUCK

We were sold a gift card in December well knowing by the company they were going out of business and it is not longer valid shortly after purchasing. The essentially stole this money from a young child. They should be ashamed of themselves. There has been not response from anyone and it is not valid with their 'new venture' they are proposing

All of y’all complaining do realize it was going out of business and items purchased could go out of stock very quickly???????? Any items I placed that I did not get was credited back to my account (that’s why it stays in processing and does not charge your account until it shipped) I placed an order 12/14 (the last order i placed) with no expectations of receiving as I knew their status. Initially my card was processed to check for funds obviously but as the order still says “processing” my account “pending charge “ was dropped . No items, but no money lost either. The company was closing... it was a risk to purchase anything at liquidation prices in the first place....all y’all complaining about not receiving y’all’s item but I’m sure you weren’t even charged for it (check back on your account for a full processed payment) oofffff either way I’m super happy with all the deals I was able to score prior too and sad to see the store go.****BTW using a gift card during liquidation especially when so close to closing online was a bad move... they can’t refund your debit/credit card an amount that was not taken out (common sense people) they could give you a store credit however, that won’t be useful if there’s nothing left to buy... you win, you lose the gamble you took using a gift card in a store that was shutting down.
