Ordered 2 pairs of shoes on May 10th, 2020. Paid $60 for everything. Never received a confirmation email but I used Paypal so I felt a little better about it. I emailed the company for my tracking number. They said be patient and they will send me one. They did like a week later. May 22nd it said through USPS that the shoes arrived in Inglewood, CA but were through a shipping partner and that it doesn't confirm receipt of the package by USPS. Never showed they left. June 22nd my shoes arrives in Brisbane, CA again through a shipping partner. Never showed they left. July 11th they magically were in the possession of USPS and departed from Seattle and arrived in Spokane, WA that same day. July 12th they left Spokane and arrived in Lewiston, ID early on July 13th and were delivered to me the same day. The shoes are alright looking. They don't look as good as quality as they did on the Jiiv/7Bess shopping site. They are cheaply made. The color is not what it showed in the pics at all of either shoes. Not worth the wait or money. If I had known they were coming from Hong Kong and going to take so long plus be junk I would have never bought them.

Ordered shoes in May, they have been sitting in California for weeks! 100000% regret buying something from them.

Would rate this ad company 0 stars if possible. Advertising false pricing description. Avoid and complain as much as possible.

Warning-Do not order from this company unless you want to pay to wait for months and are ok with cardboard shoes. Only reason I finally received my shoes is because I emailed them three times and demanded my money back or deliver my shoes. Horrible products and customer service.

Not Happy!!! I ordered from Jiiiv and paid for product on May 24th. Still waiting!!! The order shows that it has been sitting somewhere in Chicago since the 18th of June. Not confident that I will ever receive my shoes. Should have paid the extra $6 and ordered from Amazon. I would say order elsewhere and don't order on FB. I'm starting to believe this is a scam. I've never had a bad experiecne with online orders up until this point. If I recieve my order in the next week I will repost. Thanks! 3rd update...Finally received my package on July 13th. Shoes smelled like spray paint and they have no arch support. I have yet to wear them. They are cute, but not great quality. Sorry, I will not order from Jiiiv again.

It is now 14 weeks since I placed my order . Nothing has arrived DO NOT USE this company they started in April 2020 amid the Comid 19 so that should warn you .They operate out of a rented desk in Kingston upon Thames and the owner is a Sarbaz Hassan . All of this information is available on Gov.com websites . Be very warned ..... Scammers

I seriously wish I could give negative stars. I was charged for my product and never received it. It was apparently shipped over a month ago, but the tracking number was bunk and there has been ZERO response or action from the company to locate or replace my order. I’m reporting this company as fraudulent through both my bank and the BBB. DO NOT ORDET FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THIEVES AND SCAM ARTISTS. these people should be in jail

Planned a delivery yesterday. Driver rang really genuinely apologetic to say they had problem with staff levels and vehicles off the road. Told by today's driver he was not scheduled to work this morning and he was worried with upsetting customers. His collegue sourced a van taking many of the deliveries from yesterday. She was delightful, rang early asking if can deliver, and went out her way to help me too. This is how to rectify a problem. Well done

I would have given them a minus 5 but you did not offer that. I ordered 5 dresses from this company. After a month 1/2 I kept inquiring where my items where. They said 1 item had been shipped and the others had not. I tried to cancel the order since the remaining items had not shipped. No response from them. 1 item showed up on 5/11 and the balance arrived 5/15. Not one item looked like the item I had ordered and nothing fit. I have contacted the 5 times now to return to sender and get a refund. I received a response regarding the first item. The emailed me a return label and told me postage was up to me. I checked how much the postage was and it is $62.00. I spent 100.00 on the total order and it's going to cost me 62.00 to return 1? Oh HELL no. The place is a scam and I want to get the word out that no body else buys from them. I am out 100.00 with 5 pieces of clothing that is so cheaply made and way to small. I am very very mad.

If i could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order over a month ago and have never received the material. I have inquired about the shoes and they keep telling me the product is delayed due to COVID. The oavkage states per USPS that the package has been en route to USPS since May 19th and they have yet to receive the package. I have asked for a refund but have been told twice the package is in en route. I am now going to contact PayPal to get my money back.

If I could rate this company a 0 I would! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I ordered shoes back on May 15th, TWO months ago & have not received anything. I’ve emailed twice & no response. I texted the phone # they have on their site when you click contact us demanding my refund so we will see if they give me my money back. But they’re total bogus! It’s a scam for sure. Lesson learned!

Garbage company to order from. Ordered back on May 26 and still haven’t received anything. Mind you I’ve asked them to cancel like 5 times even before my order “shipped.” They keep sending the same reply over and over. My only saving grace at this point is having PayPal involved. Hoping to get refunded and making sure others don’t get scammed too

Scam. Charged my card. I never received the shoes. They blocked me from commenting on Facebook and messaging them. Had to get a new bank card. Said my package is held up due to “Covid”.

Wouldn't recommend currys pc world at all rude staff , they lie about products also claim cannot sent receipts order confirmation due to customers giving incorrect emails then email the customer on the email asking for good reviews. If staff do answer phones whilst working from home phones get put down and staff wont help at all ...

Do not order from jiiive.com. I ordered 2 pair of shoes on April 24th. It is now June 2nd. I still have not received them. I have emailed the company and they tell me my package is in customs. USPS tracking number says “awaiting arrival” for the last 24 days. I demanded a refund they told me they cannot refund my money until they receive the package back. THIA IS A SCAM!

Do not order from Jiiiv.com! They are not a real company just scam artists that will send you garbage product for no exchange.
They lie about what their worth Is, and you'll get cardboard instead.

Don’t order from this company. I ordered from them May 1. I inquired about my order and twice they have told to wait 10 more days. I waited and still nothing shipped and no idea as to when. I am trying to cancel and get a refund.

I brought products for my sister and myself, she is so happy to have it. Quality is very good, and it was a good deal because it came at a very good price.

This is a scam I ordered two items almost one month ago to this date i have not receive them i email them like twice all i get it to be patient

It is a scam. My AV program says the connection is suspicious. I was offered a prize, minimum value $90, for taking a survey. When I tried to claim a prize it said I had to pay for shipping so that is where they are getting our money. But then I was taken to shoppingopinion.com and that is where the AV program said it is suspicious.
