Sicily luxury villas is a fantastic company!! I worked with Flavia there and she is so professional and helpful.. I couldn’t ask for more support or guidance or assistance throughout the entire process, from booking, to the stay, and finally to our departure. My friends and I stayed a week at Villa Marina in Giardini Naxos and I cannot say enough about how glorious every moment was. The Villa, the owners Alessandro and Liliana, and all the team of people they work with to keep the Villa in beautiful condition are all top tier A+! I highly recommend Sicily Luxury Villas and the magnificent Villa Marina for your next Sicilian dream vacation!!!

Our stay at Villa Regalenci in Carini was truly unforgettable.. Flavia helped us plan all the details and she was available every step of the way to be sure everything was in place for our arrival! The location and drive up the mountain to the villa were absolutely breathtaking. Walter the house manager welcomed our large family and children into his stunning home and Salvo our Chef cooked delicious authentic Sicilian meals. Our family will never forget this memorable experience in Sicily, thank you Flavia for all your help during our stay at Villa Regalenci! The grounds, pool and view overlooking all of Sicily were spectacular!

Villa Liola is a beautiful place which more than adequately matches its description in the SLV brochure. The location is delightful and the villa is well equipped in almost every respect. Our one reservation was that the coffee-making facilities were not adequate for 8 people.
The SLV staff are consistently helpful and the 'dedicated concierge' arrangement works very well. one thing that doesn't is the 'reserved area' of the website intended to make life easier for customer. it doesn't, and SLV seem to have little faith in it as they conduct most business by e-mail.

We had an amazing time in Villa Senia. The breathtaking views over the Aeolian Islands and the large swimming pool are absolutely fantastic. The villa itself is both beautiful and immaculate. Silvio, the owner, and his family could not have been kinder and welcoming. They are also unique! Flavia from Sicily Luxury Villas was also extremely efficient and helpful.

Grazie al superbo lavoro di Fabrizio di Sicily luxury abbiamo passato una vacanza indimenticabile. Oltre ad offrirci la bellissima villa del IL MORO, ci ha poi seguito in tutto: dalla prenotazione della macchina, all’affitto della barca, a fornirci tutte quelle piccole attenzioni che hanno permesso alla nostra vacanza di essere perfetta. Quindi un grazie particolare a Fabrizio. La villa IL MORO e’ un’oasi di pace nel caos di Mondello. E’ composta da tre casette. La principale con due camere da letto, un bagno, una cucina e il soggiorno. Poi c’è la seconda casa con due camere da letto, due bagni, un soggiorno con un open kitchen. E una terza casetta con una camera matrimoniale ed un grande bagno. Ogni stanza ha l’aria condizionata, la rete antizanzare, e le ante per fare buio. I letti sono molto comodi e c’è tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno. Entrambe le cucine sono fornite di ogni necessità inclusa la macchina del caffè. Lo spazio esterno principale e’ dotato di due grandi tavoli rotondi con sedie, 3 comodissimi sofà con ventilatore rinfrescante, un Ping pong, una grande piscina (con asciugamani) e un bellissimo giardino molto curato. Il giardiniere viene una volta alla settimana e il tecnico della piscina due volte. La seconda casetta ha anche lei una terrazzìna con tavolo e sedie. C’è inoltre un parcheggio privato per diverse automobili. Insomma un piccolo paradiso molto bello e curato. Abbiamo passato una vacanza indimenticabile 😃

The villa is beautiful and very well appointed. The pool is a great way to cool off and the short walk to the beach makes that very accessible. The staff is very helpful and does a great job. The services in the nearby towns are great, as is the market in Ortigia. Was a great place to use as our base for seeing all of southern Sicily!

Exeptional location , wonderfully designed and furnished. Astonishing sunset view from a beautiful pool which is perfectly embedded in the wild nature around.

We had a great 10 day stay in this lovely villa (for the 2nd year in a row), very well appointed, clean and nicely decorated. The owners Erika and Silvio and their small family are exceptional, a warm welcome was reserved for us. They are very attentive to the well-being of their guests, Silvio is always very available, the quality of the service at the top. The outdoor area is very nice especially for children with the pool which is very large, very clean and well appointed, the terrace around the house allowed them to do nice car races. The view is very beautiful on the sea and unobstructed, you can easily see the Aeolian islands.
We are all delighted with our holiday in Villa Senia and are ready to come back a 3rd time! Thank you to Erika & Silvio family and the Sicily Luxury Villas agency for making us discover this holiday place. Roberta as usual is the queen organizer of the excursions and knows how to guide us in the choice of places to visit. Very last minute, Ottavia from the company sourced us a beautiful villa in a brilliant, un-touristy part of the island. Amazing pool. Gorgeous contemporary yet relaxed styling.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by Alfonso, his family and Paola and Nino who were fantastic throughout our stay. They made us feel right at home, the house is brand new and we were it’s first guests, I was worried that the pictures were not real but they were everything and more. We were 9 people and each person loved their stay at experience. Ottavia the team at Sicily luxury villas were also top. Highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a beautiful time and to be pampered

If you are looking to get away from all the hustle and bustle of everyday life & just switch off, look no further. Villa Senia is the place. Set on the hillside overlooking the sea & the Aeolian Islands, the view is very special. It’s almost impossible to take your eyes off it. This is a very spacious villa with a fantastic open plan kitchen & living space. Everything you need is here. The surrounding large garden is fantastic with plenty of olive trees & lemon trees. The large swimming pool is fabulous which also has some great views out over the sea. It is very peaceful & truly relaxing.

Acquedolci is a quiet little town & you definitely need transport. There is a very handy supermarket nearby & in around 15 minutes, you could be in St. Agatha where there are plenty of restaurants etc.

The owner of this villa is a true gentleman. We had some great times together too. His family are fantastic. He just can’t do enough for you. He is on hand within minutes of you calling him. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you again for everything Silvio, you are very kind.

If you want peace, tranquility & a little slice of heaven, here it is.

We spent 3 weeks in august at Villa Le giare. Very convenient location as walking distance to the beach and the local shops and about 15-20 minutes walking from the main piazza in mondello.
Beautiful garden, enriched by an amazing swimming pool and lots of outdoor space for sunbathing and dining.
The house is very well kept, great conditions and lots of common space.
The host is very nice , thoughtful and takes care of small details , with an impressive touch. Highly recommended

Milos and I wanted to thank you once again for all of your assistance and valuable advice / insight during our stay on Pantelleria. The trip was wildly beyond our expectations. The raw beauty of the Island and the People left a lasting impression on our family. Dammasu Turchese was pretty perfect. We balanced our daily exploration adventures with pure relaxation. We seamlessly assimilated to Island life and found the Dammasu equipped with everything we could possibly need to make our stay feel like home. The details were thoughtful and of the highest quality. We each found our special space on the property to read, reflect or take in the natural beauty that surrounded. In 3 weeks, I never once grew tired of gazing out at the sea or the sunset or up at the sky full of stars.
We are looking forward to returning - next time with a better understanding of the language to communicate with the locals and to further continue our adventures. Once again you will be our first call; as none of this would have been possible without you.

We had such a wonderful time in this magical villa. The pool and grounds are stunning and set in a huge organic citrus farm and the staff where great. We can’t wait to be back.

Our experience on Pantelleria at Villa Turchese was magical for many reasons, but the most important part was the amazing villa. It was absolutely perfect in every way - the house itself is in a lovely spot with beautiful and private landscaping, the architecture a blend of old Dammuso and totally modern amenities, the decor totally chic and appropriate for the setting. The pool was spectacular- lush, private and the sunsets from the pool were breathtaking. We could see the distant cliffs of Tunisia one day! The service by the concierge before we arrived was terrific. We came from America amd don’t speak Italian, and they took care of everything, from renting our car to all restaurant reservations to finding a private boat and skipper to take us around the island. Incredibly helpful and always responsive. Literally nothing to complain about at all. The perfect vacation at the perfect villa. Can’t recommend this company highly enough!

Villa Senia
We had a fantastic and very relaxing stay in Villa Senia. The house leaves nothing to be desired and corresponds to the pictures. The unique view from the terrace can hardly be captured in pictures.
Our children (9 and 12 years old) loved the house, the pool and all the amanities. The owners, Erika & Silvio, were incredibly friendly and generous and always made sure that we were doing well. Also booking through sicilyluxuryvillas.com was easy and trustworthy. Not to forget our concierge Roberta, who was there to help and advise. We highly recommend Villa Senia!

What a treat. The Villa Marsa Allah was a wonderful property with all amenities. Our family had an amazing stay at Villa Senia. It is a beautiful home with breathtaking views of the ocean and surrounding hillside. The home is immaculately kept, beautifully decorated and the kitchen was perfect for cooking whatever we pleased. Silvio was extremely generous with his time in showing us around the house and property to make us feel right at home. Silvio assured us he was available at anytime of the day or night if we were in need. Silvio went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a wonderful time in Acquedolci.
