Everything went well up into installation. Now the technician was early. Which wouldn't be a bad thing except for we were not home. The fact that he did the work outside before my husband came home was not OK. And the communication between The scheduler and the installation was not clear cut-and-dry. But we have Internet. I am hoping for the best.

Install was great and service has been good.

I started the process of signing up for internet services through Simply Bits about 2 weeks ago. They still have not contacted me to schedule the install or to explain or apologize for the delays.
I would also like to suggest that they adjust their associates hours at least two days per week to 10 am to 7 pm so a larger amount of their customers and potential customers can call them. The current hours are 8 am - 5 pm and so are my hours. This is not practical.

I recently switch to Simply bits from Century link So far so Good only been a week but haven't had any outage as we did with Century link.

Finally internet that works!! If you have Hughes Net get rid of them and get Simply bits!!

Today we had two excellent installers come out and install our new antenna and modem. Donnie and Justin were gentlemen and got us going with three times the band width of Bluespan, same price and no contract.

Today was my first appointment with a Simply Bits salesperson name Shaun. So far, my experience couldn't be better. Shaun was calm, clear, authentic and friendly. My install will happen within the next ten days. If everything goes like today, I'll be a very happy customer.

Reception agent and technician were great at
explaining everything in detail and spending time to do so. Everything went as scheduled and service working well. Happy Customer!

Just bought the house and converting the account. Unsure if the rate is the best, seems a bit high according to the Dish installers.

Installer came on time. He was polite, neat, and efficient. Service got up and running without snags. Big improvement from DSL that had me captive in our neighborhood.

I was seeking a internet provider that was dependable and offered consistent service compared to CenturyLink. So far service is far more reliable.
