SimplyFixIt is a group of Iphone /Mac and other tech items workshops that are entirely reliable , quick , helpful , understanding of the non-expert , reasonably priced and manned by intelligent staff who go above & beyond Simply Fixing It . They are considerate of the less computer-literate than themselves, and always a pleasure to deal with .

The team at my local Simplyfixit in Edinburgh were great. They were able to provide a clear/ fair price for the work (Ipad screen replacement) and timing. They kept me in the loop on when the ipad would be available. Ipad came back fixed, tested and ready to go. Thank you!

Friendly, professional and reliable service with great communications .

Horrific experience. My laptop has been with them for 3 weeks awaiting a new battery. This is due to the delivery times for the battery. I was not informed of this at any point and the company have had awful customer service, Brian in particular who has been rude and obstructive on the phone every time I have called for an update. The only compensation they would offer was £10 off and £10 off a future repair. I will never be returning and you should avoid this place if you can!! I never wrote reviews because I don’t have the time but this has appalled me and I don’t want anyone else to have to go through the frustration of dealing with this type of service.

Needed photographs taken from an I Mac out of date . He did it within 2 days very efficient.

Excellent service, and yes- iPads can be repaired and simplyfixit can do it. They will be my first choice if I have any problems with my tech.

iPhone 11 screen repaired with minimal fuss. Process was straightforward enough.

I would have got the phone fixed locally, as you don’t have to send the phone via the post and then wait. That was because locally I was told that the screen replacement would have meant I ended up with an error message being displayed due to the replacement not being an original apple part - not sure how true that issue was. However decided to punt for an Apple Original screen which simply fixit offered.

Fast service, excellent communication throughout and the repair done to a high standard - feels like a new iPad. I had had a smashed screen repaired locally but the company had not been able to repair the home button which proved annoying. Simplyfixit repaired the home button, replaced the battery and the device was returned quickly - would recommend and will 100% use again if and when my daughter decides to smash her iPad to smithereens.

Excellent and efficient service provided by experts in the field of IT

I phoned for a quote for sending in my lap speed to be looked at. I was immediately quoted £99, which is actually a lot more that other quotes I've had. The man on the phone was dismissive, flippant, and I would have no confidence in sending my laptop into them and eventually being charged more than quoted. I would be very careful about sending any tech items into them. If they quote, get it in writing and read the fine print.

It was delivered as requested also Chris was very friendly.
