Go Straight is a fantastic look back at the side scrolling beat em up genre, clearly made with love of the genre and filled with interesting information about each game, and showing off the games with screenshots and enemy sprite art.

Found your site a few months, excellent prices all round, was finding myself loyal to you for preorders and more recent games. Sadly I noticed the inventory on your website had really wilted and preorders available on other sites and amazon were no were to be seen, I had 3 games on preorder, one of which was elder ring, that went through fine but a month or 2 after preordering strangers of paradise and triangle strategy, I had my preorders cancelled with a vague reason, prior to that happening I was worried you wouldn't fulfill them due to the lack of active stock on the site, must be having a clearance and going into administration or something, shame that.

Used to be really good place to pre-order games but now taking extra time to dispatch so don't always get game on release date so better off just buying on the day from a store

I pre ordered forbidden west on ps5 at a good price, I was notified payment would not be taken until release day and informed it had been dispatched, cannot ask for better service.

Prices are good but delivery times are shocking last 3 “ pre “ orders have turned up between 3-5 days after release day.

As it says on the name “simplygames”.
Have used since 2015, always prompted delivery and good prices.

On time ready to play all you need really

Always loved using simply games. Games have normally been cheaper than on other sites, customer services have always helped me with my questions and the 1st class post on my orders is always a bonus :)

Great prices for games but I’ve had to deduct 2 stars on this occasion. I believe a pre-order especially if ordered months in advance should be with the customer on day of release. Today is the day of release, I’m sat here with no game to play when it was meant to be posted as 1st class. I won’t be pre-ordering from this company again and will probably stick to using them for games I’m not necessarily in a hurry to play at a good price.

With a previous issue that was absolutely out of my control, they have now cancelled all pre-orders I tried to make with them. I then queried why and they said "due to issues" (their issues may I add) then even went on to comment how they will "not reply to any further communication from me and cancel future purchases"
I am always fair and polite and was treat very unfairly. I was just a paying customer and they were nothing but awful to me. Avoid. Other companies deserve your money more than these crooks.
I recommend The Game Collection and 365games (very nice customer service and prices)

I was looking for a nintenfo switch oled for my daughters birthday. This was the chespest I had seen. I checked reviews as I had not used this company and have been caught out in the past. Going by the good reviews I ordered it. I was pleasantly surprised it was delivered in 2 days, really fast delivery and no issues so I would use them again!

I've brought A number of games from them over the last few years, with the latest being last week (feb 2022).

They always provide quick service and delivery, my orders usually arrive within 1-2 days of placing the order. Pre-orders have always arrived on the day of release. All while giving prices below RRP.

Cannot complain about anything, 5/5.
