Ordered Gothic 1 remake for Xbox….didn't get it for release day, and they don’t seem to reply to any messages…really poor customer support. Still waiting today for any reply or the game itself

Fast delivery and cheaper price.
I ordered a game fo rmy daughter, for a start it was £5 cheaper than ANYWHERE else, it also arrived the next day, fantastic servce.
My son, who is a "gamer", was amazed at the prices and the offers "Simplygames" offer.

This website is brilliant. Great prices and quick delivery. I got a game for £5 cheaper than I could find it elsewhere, it came with a £5 off voucher to use on my next purchase and arrived on launch day. Can’t fault it. Excellent online shop and will always check their website first before making a purchase.

Great service everytime
Last time ordered a game was back in 2015 & had great service then & it still delivers great service now in 2023. I was not surprised to get PS5 Call of Duty Modern warfare 3 pre order drop through the door on the day of its release. I cannot fault their customer service. Also it was around £10 cheaper than most other retailers. Thank you Simply Games.

Pre-ordered Spiderman 2 for PS5 back in July.
DLC code was transmitted on Thursday, ahead of the release date and the game arrived promptly on release date. Can't ask for any better.
Pricing was cheaper than anywhere available for a day 1 release.

Awful, ordered 2 games, only one turned up no notification from company of reason that second game didn't arrive, had to chase them with there response after a couple of days stating sorry was missed oh and now we have stock issues so can't fulfil your order will not use again
