Sandra Vera, at the Oxnard Sit N Sleep is an excellent sales person. She explained everything to us, and there was no pressure on her part for us to buy a mattress. Sandra, should be promoted to be a trainer of other sales reps.

The men that delivered my mattress were very professional. They delivered my mattress with the best of care.

Josie at Sit N Sleep was kind, funny and intelligent. She was knowledgeable about each mattress presented, explained the “best fit” analysis results, and was thorough and clear when I was completing forms and the purchase. The delivery staff were kind, efficient, and effective. They placed the platform where I wanted it and adjusted the height after I realized I wanted it higher. They were considerate of my neighbors and respectful of my space/careful not to damage anything or knick door frames/corners. The delivery service was also able to accommodate my drop-off schedule request which was helpful!

Sit 'n Sleep called me the day before delivery. Then I got an email withe the 3 hour delivery time for my mattress. Then an automated call on the day of to let me know the driver was 30 minutes out. A call from driver to update arrival. My heavy old mattress was a split 6 piece talalay mattress and they gave me white glove delivery. They removed it and
brought in my new mattress. Even had me lay on it before they left. In and out in less than 20 minutes! Great service.

From start to the delivery. Everyone was great and professional. TJ in the store was very knowledgeable and listened to what we were looking for and found the perfect mattress for our needs. The delivery guys were great, very fast, clean and went over the do's and don't. Very happy with sit n sleep and would recommend them for your mattress needs.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the delivery team from Sit ’n Sleep! The delivery guys were all brothers, and they were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. They were kind, professional, incredibly strong, respectful, and so accommodating to all of my needs.

They handled everything with such care and made what could have been a stressful delivery feel completely effortless. They were patient, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly where I wanted it and that I was completely satisfied.

It’s not often you come across a team that is not only excellent at what they do, but also genuinely kind and pleasant to work with. These brothers are a true asset to Sit ’n Sleep. I would highly recommend them and hope I get them again for any future deliveries!

Our experience was great. Store experience as well as delivery.

From the moment I walked into the store and the manager greeted me and offered to help it was a smooth, efficient, and quick transaction. I went into the store for a something specific and I wasn't pressured into buying something else that I really didn't need which lends confidence for future purchases at this location.

I wasn't able to use my queen side bed frame. Fortunately the delivery guys had the tools to disassemble the frame. I would give these guys 10+ stars 🌟

Early on time and professional

The delivery staff was very helpful and efficient! They were able to answer our questions. They were very timely. We received the alert they were on their way and they arrived within 10 minutes! Excellent service!

Edwin and his helper were early and extremely efficient and quick with the delivery and set up for the new mattress and box spring as well as the hauling away of the old mattress and box spring - No wasted trips! They were in and out in 22 minutes!
They were also very friendly and cleaned up the plastic wrapping. I couldn’t ask for a better service! Thank you!

The delivery on time and efficient. They helped with leg height and took the time to make adjustments.

They need to be allowed more time. They did well for me with removal of old mattress, box spring and metal frame

I do need to add my experience at the store in Brea. Sharon was fantastic and patient with me. I must gave been there a minimum of 12 times before purchasing.

We found a bed that works for us despite having opposite firmness preferences. I never felt that the sales rep was attempting to sell us a mattress simply due to price or brand, he seemed to take our feedback and then recommend a solution based on that, which is always the best case scenario. Delivery went smoothly.

One star off for not having the springs in stock that I need for my side of the mattress, which is a Bedgear M3 Night Ice Performance.

However, I was assured that I could swap the springs out for the correct ones once they are restocked, at no cost.

A very positive experience from sales to delivery very happy with the product and company representatives. I have a unique situation, due to physical limitations I require a mattress with certain features and was unable to get to a store for . I was able to find the mattress I needed with help from the sales person on the phone. The mattress was delivered on time and I am very pleased. Who ever heard of buying a mattress over the phone? The comfort return policy was also a factor

We were notified when the delivery was going to be a bit early and it was great that they let us know.

The delivery specialists were wonderful: professional yet friendly, solved a minor problem with a synch cable, helped us with the old mattresses. Completed delivery and set-up promptly, with expertise.

It couldn’t have been better and we couldn’t be happier.
