Thought I would write a review after having my Worcester Bosch boiler serviced earlier today. Within the time window given when I made the booking, Sam rang to let me know he was on his way. He was his usual friendly and polite self and, as in the past, worked quickly and efficiently. I have recommended SJW in the past and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again. Thank you Sam!

Drove along our road today and decided to drop all their used white tissues all over the road! Thanks, next time take it home, You are on video! Not so nice!

We called sam for a quote to get our boiler upgraded, moved to a new location, and disposal of our old water tank system. I cannot fault the guys from start to finish, they’ve done an incredible job running new gas lines, employing a professional brick later to fill the hole in the wall left by the old boiler, a professional team of roof fitters to secure the roof around the new boiler flue and the SJW team for pulling such long hours to make sure we had hot water with our two small children in the house. Both guys working in our home were extremely courteous and polite, and did such a good job, and at a reasonable price too!
I’ve already been recommending them to anyone who’s asked!

Sam has undertaken a number of jobs for my elderly mum from installing a new boiler to replacing taps. I cannot rate him and his team highly enough for their professionalism and quick response . They go out of their way to fix things as quickly and painlessly as possible . First rate work and an excellent service.

Excellent customer service! Sam not only very quickly identified the cause of our water leakage (not from the boiler, as I thought, but from a toilet: how he came to this idea blew my mind) but efficiently repaired the defect. All was done within 20 minutes and most incredibly, he had the necessary spare part with him! Very highly recommended.

I needed to fit a new Gas/Heating Programmer quickly. I called SJW Plumbing & Heating was given a quote which was extremely reasonable. Sam arrived very polite engineer and quickly set to task of my refit effortlessly. Very tidy friendly and approachable to any questions. I am extremely pleased with their service.

Had a few quotes for a new boiler SJW was the most competitively priced out of the lot so I hired them, the team did a Absolutely fantastic job very professional and knowledgeable and very tidy cleaned up all the way through the job you couldn’t ask for more will definitely hire them next time you cannot go wrong.

Sam and the team replaced our old en suite and the shower over the bath - what a fantastic job they made of it. We are so pleased with the work which was carried out so efficiently and with minimal disruption.

Five Stars. I urgently needed someone to come and sort out my warm air heating system, and contacted SJW Plumbing and Heating.

Sam came round, got it up and running (and a quick service), and we are back up and running with the minimum of fuss. Recommended!

Sam was really prompt, polite and informative on what he was doing throughout my boiler service. I would highly recommend Sam and team and will certainly be using them in future. Good pricing too which is always a bonus.

I called Sam to investigate a drip from my boiler. He was able to replace the faulty part and made some other small replacements as preventative maintenance, which he discussed in detail before proceeding.
Sam was friendly, punctual, worked quickly, and was happy to explain what he was doing. The price was fair for the work done.

Our ancient warm air heating unit has never been so thoroughly cleaned - the fan sounds a lot happier and I suspect it is now running more efficiently. We thought we might need a new water heater, but this too just needed a really good clean. Sam clearly has extensive knowledge of gas engineering and its plain to see that he takes pride in his work. I would certainly recommend him to anybody looking for a decent heating engineer.

I found Sam on google when my boiler stopped working, he came on Saturday evening and after detailed inspection he knew very quickly what went wrong. He explained to me in detail and gave me a quote for repair. Because my boiler was very old I decided to have it replaced instead. Sam helped me to choose a new boiler, he explained to me pros and cons for few options I had in mind. He re-organised his calendar so he can replace my boiler ASAP. Before he installed new boiler he did the full power flush of the system, he also got a roofing company to attend to fit the new flue and seal the roof. When he finished everything was perfectly cleaned. I was very happy with the service and also the price.

Sam, is a very reliable person and he’s workmanship is 100%. Would most definitely use and pass he’s details on to any needing any work doing. Very reasonable price as well. Thank you.
