At first I used the service for 1 year and got great coaching and advices. Then I stopped the game and the subscription automaticaly renewed so I had to reach them in order to get a refund. They instantly accepted. Great service, very profesional.

I got the year subscription by mistake, went foward and contacted the supporto. They promptly reverted and send me a 10% gift so i could come back as a montly client wich i did of course.
The site has a lot of short videos that are quite difficult to assimilate but if you persist you will find yourself better at the end of the day.

Skill Capped is hands down the best platform for improving at League of Legends. Their guides are clear, in-depth, and easy to follow, with expert coaching that actually makes a difference in your gameplay. I must say that the current review that I see (3.8) would not be what I feel like the skill-cap team deserves. They are an amazing team that provide a lot of information for the game( I play wow) I’d say for someone new-ish it is perfect to help understand the game better. Also customer support is amazing

I absolutely benefited from the Annual Subscription. I was able to learn a lot about each role, and even got coaching in my main roles. I was extremely satisfied for the length of time I used it and would use it again. If you learn by experience and just from playing the game, I probably wouldn't recommend the service. But if you are interested in learning through videos, pro-content, tutorials, and personal lessons I 100% guarantee you will benefit from using Skill-Capped!

I did pay for membership to get the newly advertised addons. I pay and followed the guide. Of course there were some issue so I contacted customer support with detailed description and screenshots. All I've got was some excuses that they cannot find my account even though I send screenshot of it. Then they called it "UI" issue. After a week I asked for refund since I did not get what I pay for. I got answer that since I downloaded their addons I am not eligible for refund. Issue is their site blocked me with an error from this download. SCAM and horrible experience. Never more. I rate my experience 1 star at SCAM CAPPED.

I used the service actively for about 2–3 months before quitting League because I wasn’t making progress and was getting more and more frustrated. At first, it was somewhat useful—the content is pretty dated, but the mechanics you learn can still be valid. The video production was decent, but I absorbed all the relevant material for my role within a week. After that, there wasn’t much else of value you couldn't get from YouTube.

This would have been a 3-star review, but…

I thought I had signed up for a monthly subscription. Apparently, I didn’t. I almost never buy annual subscriptions, so it’s odd, but maybe I made a mistake—though I’m honestly not sure.

When I remembered to cancel (a month and a half after quitting League), I found out I had paid all the way through July 2025. I was shocked because I had assumed it was a monthly plan.

I figured no problem—I’d contact support and they’d sort it out. I wasn’t asking for a full refund because I did use and find some value in the service. I just didn’t want to pay for the next 7.5 months I wouldn’t use. Surely they would prorate the difference, right?

Nope. They told me I’d only be eligible for a refund if I actively used the site Every Week for Six Months and didn’t gain at least five divisions. They wouldn’t budge and are apparently fine with taking my money for a service I have no intention of using.

Dont answer email about that i want a refund atm they have takeing my money and dont answer ! Bad company !!!!

Great service, Concise and excellent videos, diverse content and always up to date.
All in all, I can only recommend :)

Misleading advertising which gives the impression the service is a monthly rolling contract, after checking statment £80 taken from account. Then after contacting them about this to get a refund, they completely lock you out of the service. Oh and they dont give you all your money back so they basically get to scam you for £40 and theres nothing you can do about it. Terrible company.

No Guides at all for the current season on Monk or Evoker even 1 Month after Addon release. On other classes only 1 spec is guided, but youre better off on youtube videos..

Great service and support. I used Skillcap to increase my league knowledge and although a lot of the content was available in youtube. It did teach me, an heavily active player for 7 years, things that was new knowledge. YouTube is generally enough but its good for those determined players striving for every little bit of knowledge for that competitive advantage.

Unfortunately I had quit league after hitting Emerald in Jungle and I forgot to cancel my subscription. The support team was helpful and refunded my auto renewal. Give it a try if you strive to be a better player

The courses are very good, with a lot of variety, the support team is on top as well ! I recommend
