Ordered dark grey tiles, light grey tiles arrived. Paid for next day delivery, delivery came in 3 days. Delivery driver dropped the tiles in the middle of the path meaning they had to be moved instantly and ultimately fell over and broke.

Absolutely amazing company, they beat a well known branch on price by half and with free delivery to hd5. They delivered within 5 days and all the slabs are quality made. I do definitely recommend this company. Thank you so much!

Great price and exactly as described. There was a delivery error by a third party and Slade's were excellent at resolving the issue. I always think that the seller's response is more important than the error (Mistakes happen..,) I cannot fault Slade's on their care and great communication. I would happily buy from them again.

It was a bit confusing what time delivery would be.
But I had no worries.
The delivery driver was kind and put the delivery outside my front wall on the pavement.
It wasn't big so was fine to leave until builder came to move to back garden.

Delivery On Time and I could track the delivery

Slabs arrived broken on pallet, emails sent but no response from customer service.

Was so impressed with the level of service I received. The prices are very reasonable and delivery free . Slabs were delivered really quickly. Great service all round would highly recommend this company.

Ordered 40 slabs, only 20 arrived and I had to call and ask where the other 20 were. They arranged delivery for the following day however I was in work so could not take delivery. Upon investigation, five of the slabs were damaged beyond use, some even with corners missing and they had been packed carelessly. I was advised to inspect the slabs and report any damage however due to illness and weather issues, this was a few weeks later. I reported the five damaged slabs with photographic proof but never heard back from them. I sent a follow up email with still no response. Not only did this delay the project but I ended up having to replace the damaged slabs out of my own pocket. I would have purchased locally with better service and peace of mind had I known the issues I would face. Overall a very disappointing experience & I do not recommend. £45 out of pocket having been promised replacement slabs before all communication ceased.

Paid for next day 10 am delivery (two days before) and on the morning was told the original order was not sent to the delivery company and so it would not be arriving that day. Asked for 10 am arrival the next day which then arrived at 2:30 pm. Delivery driver passed on the form and it stated up to 5 pm delivery so a member of Slade's was not truthful about this. Cost me a day and a half extra for the builder and labourer to which their response to my complaints email for compensation was "Ideally you would wait until you receive the goods before booking contractors to start work" - which is mind blowing. Clearly training needed on how the building industry works.

If you can, go direct to the supplier or buy local.
