Steve Everson of Smallbones / Lux Group is a quality guy. I have a legacy kitchen from McCarrons. 10 years on I had an issue with a large cabinet door in the kitchen that had been a problem from installation. Steve not only remembered me and my project but certainly went the extra mile to put me right despite the passage of time and clear change in ownership, which every customer in this position wld hope for but don’t usually get. And both engineers who came to my home to fix the issue were v professional (as you wld expect). Thank you Lux Group and particularly Steve. That was very much appreciated.

Book in with Matt Chambers. He is a super designer, has a great attention to details and is very easy to work with.

We live in Scotland and do not have a Smallbone showroom close to us. The designer who got in touch with us was very, very helpful and with a couple of Teams calls, able to come up with ideas that were attractive to us remotely.

Smallbone have been excellent from start to finish. We went to them having been slightly underwhelmed by other kitchen providers’ designs. I was able to meet with Will Manfredi, who was our designer, in short order and he instilled high levels of confidence right from the start. He was truly excellent at listening and converting our thoughts into a wonderful design. He was knowledgeable, insightful and communicative, which made the design process a breeze.

Once we moved to build and fit phase, the kitchen fitters have also been very professional and have worked perfectly with our builders on site.

All in all, an excellent product with excellent service. We highly recommend Smallbone!

We approached Smallbone because of their sleek, elegant design for one of our projects in the Cotswolds. Lucy has been fantastic to work with; she helped us refine the proposed layouts for both the kitchen and pantry, offering clear, detailed input and proactively exploring alternative options.

Lucy promptly produced CGIs for both spaces, which helped both us and our client visualise the layouts, cabinetry design, and finishes. She was also very clear when outlining costs and providing a realistic project timeline.

We are renovating a four- story Georgian townhouse and contacted Smallbone primarily for kitchen design. After we met with Matthew, he quickly gained our trust and we are now working on multiple room designs with him. He is pleasant, enthusiastic and his attention to detail is outstanding . His patience in working up designs, in order to come to final decisions, has been testament to his commitment as a designer to support us in achieving the perfect Smallbone experience. He has gone above and beyond so far and we are excited to see the completed project(s).

Smallbone is currently designing our kitchen and Matthew has been an absolute pleasure to work with. The team has been amazing coordinating with the primary designer and adjusting elements to meet our needs. We have gone back and forth on several decisions and Matthew's guidance has been critical. We can't wait to see our new kitchen.

Simon is a pleasure to work with, accommodating for meetings and flexible with meeting our project needs. I look forward to seeing our finished designs.

Smallbone produces wonderful kitchens (this is our second). We love the design, the workmanship and the service. Sopie Vile, our kitchen designer has been a pleasure to work with. She is competent, courteous, and follows through on open items. Overall, an excellent experience. We can highly recommend Smallbone to anyone who is in the market for high quality, stylish kitchen and furniture.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Design Experience

We’re currently at the design stage for our new kitchen and working with William from the Knightsbridge studio, and the experience so far has been excellent. Will has taken the time to understand how we use our kitchen and he has come up with a fantastic design which we are very delighted with.

We’re excited to see the plans come to life and would highly recommend them based on the design process alone. We are very much looking forward to our new kitchen being installed in 2026!

Their design, craftsmanship and attention to detail is second to none. They are also an absolute pleasure to work with. I worked with a William Manfredi who painstakingly dealt with every idea my wife and I had, and not only came up with a stunning design but managed us through any and all concerns and questions that we had. Smallbone is known for their luxurious and high quality designs and workmanship and they do not disappoint.

My wife and I are extending our family home in Greenwich. The centre piece of the design is a kitchen / dining / living area. Our architects came up with a beautiful design and we knew that we needed an equally beautiful kitchen in order for the project to reach its full potential. We spoke to 3 kitchen companies during the initial consultation phase. All of them came back with attractive designs but Smallbone stood out for a number of reasons (the quality of their finishes & their attention to detail tp name just a couple). Above all it was their senior designer Matt Chambers who really stood out. Matt has been a pleasure to work with. He understood our vision immediately & has worked tirelessly to produce a stunning design. Matt's dedication to the cause was highly impressive, working through his holiday to ensure that we were in a position to proceed before the summer sale window closed. Matt's designs are both elegant and practical. Smallbone have also designed a utility room & cloakroom for us which also look great.

I dealt with Marco who was literally outstanding . Fast, helpful , knowledgeable but most of all lovely to talk to . I had called earlier in the day for advice and was basically dismissed . I don’t have the advisor’s name but hoped you keep records . I was very upset as had spent a fortune ( granted a good number of years ago ) but felt sad at the level of care . Anyway, Marco turned my frown upside down and I’m ecstatic !! You need to keep her and recognise her talents !

William Manfredi was absolutely extraordinary throughout. He helped us with the perfect design, choice of materials, colours, and options, all down to every minutiae. I highly recommend his services!

Have been thoroughly impressed with everything about our experience with Smallbone. Sophie has been exceptional from the very beginning and surpassed all expectation. She has an amazing eye for detail, is extremely thorough, very efficient and above all delightful to deal with. She really understood my vision for our kitchen and enhanced it with her own flair and creative ideas. Can’t recommend her highly enough!

Great experience with Smallbone so far. Our designer William is very calm and professional. He really understands the cabinetry and has a superb eye for design. Good understanding of the appliance options too. Very dependable and trustworthy. I feel 100% confident he will deliver a superb kitchen to us.
