Terrible. I signed up to them after inducement from the garage selling me my new car. When you need them to come out to make a repair it’s virtually impossible to get through on the phone. They then make it as hard as possible to log your issue. Then after weeks and weeks of trying to sort it out the person comes out and says it’ll need to go
Into their body shop for a tiny dent. Then you get an email saying they don’t take cars into a body shop. A complete waste of time and money down the drain - it wasn’t cheap. I’d go so far as to say this is a scam. I took this out for peace of mind as my husband was terminally ill and I felt this would be one less thing to worry about. How wrong I was. Shame on them.

Don’t not waste your hard earn money on this !
I had a dent on my car which they refused to fix which was assessed by them by a picture!
I then got the ombudsman involved as I showed them that the dent was under there 3 mm depth and under there 30 mm in length terms and conditions!
The ombudsman took my side and asked them to fix the dent , DVW then came out to my house to repair the dent but advised me that it wouldn't be perfect if they were to repair on my driveway and that they would report back that a body shop is required.
Smart guard then told me that they don’t send cars to bodyshops and they couldn’t do anymore for me !
I asked them to send DVW back out as they said they could repair it but not perfect , to which they refused !
So even thou I qualified for a repair as the dent was under 3 mm in depth and under 30mm in length they wouldn’t repair it !
They shouldn’t be allowed to get away with this !

This service is a waste of money. It’s an awful and pointless company who do not even come out to repair a tiny scuff. I do believe they may be a scam company because they have refused to fix minor damage on my car which is included in their policy. They told me that I have just missed my 14day cancellation period but the policy states 30days on their online documentation. Do not be swayed like me by companies such as Listers to buy into this pointless service. It will give you more of a headache then peace of mind

Smart Guard brugte jeg over en periode på ca. 1½ mdr. Sød sælger der fortalte mig om opsættelsespris og leje per. dag. MEN jeg fik ikke at vide, at jeg IKKE blev meddelt når der var vagtudkørsler ved alarmering hvilket bevirkede 3 ekstra udkørsler jeg ikke anede noget om før regningen kom, Jeg fik heller ikke at vide, at nedtagning af udstyr også kostede penge.
Fordi jeg to gange glemte at afmelde alarmen kom en vagt, dog først mellem 45-60 min. efter at jeg havde lukket mig ind.
Det finder firmaet acceptabelt overfor kunden, jeg tænker bare at her kan tyven godt nå at snuppe noget.

Jeg kan ikke anbefale Smartguard.. de holder ikke aftaler og opfører sig dybt uansvarligt. Jeg har haft en meget ringe oplevelse med dem!

I burde vælge jeres kunder og opgaver med bedre omhu...

Denne virksomhed går tilsyneladende ind for at begrænse almene borgeres frihed.

This company dosnt care about human rights, it works for a oppressing goverment.

They choice to put suveraliance people in Denmark regardsless its against the law. And even though EU and UN many times have said what happens in Denmark is violance of peoples human rights! Dont deal with this company!

This company supports oppressive governments by aiding them to conduct massive surveillance on free individuals. If you like human rights and believe that people have basic rights to freedom, AVOID them.

want a camera installed in someone elses bedroom, this i probably the company to call then, if not I would advise you to stay away!

smartguard er totalt ubrugelige.

på trods af det nyeste udstyr i form af kameraer højtalere trådløse sensorer og en vagt central der skulle kunne side og se hvad der sker og råbe folk an, lykkedes det alligevel tyve at skære seks containere op og tømme dem, bryde ind i tre skurvogne bryde samtlige skabe op og klippe ledningerne over til kameraerne uden at smartguard hade bemærkede noget, de siger så at de hade været ude 5 gange i løbet af natten på vores byggeplads men uden at studse det mindste over at ledningerne til kameraerne var klippet over ej heller på vagt centralen har man anet mistanke om at der var noget på færre, hvorfor skal man abonnere på deres dyre alarm løsninger hvis de alligevel ikke kommer og ikke bemærker at der er nogen der er i gang med at bryde ind alle steder.

så takket være jer er mig og min kompagnon næsten for 100.000 kr i værktøj fattigere. tak for lord.
