Once my claim was made and accepted completely hassle free garage took my vehicle and work was done 3 hrs later and they even gave it outside a wash. First class

The problem was dealt with very quickly and put right. Pleasant staff and excellent service.
Feel ripped off
Feel ripped off, bought an alloy wheel repair plan from AutoTrust. Put in a claim that was initially approved. The technician who came to do the repair told me he could do a cosmetic repair but that the wheel needed diamond cutting and he went away . The diamond cut repair was then approved bu AutoTrust but I was then told by their approved repairer they don’t have the option to diamond cut in my area and that they are the only approved AutoTrust repairer si it’s a bad cosmetic fix or nothing.
I have now had to pay to have it fixed locally and both AutoTrust and DentWizard were totally unhelpful

New car damage
I was annoyed that my car had been damaged and wanted to get it back to its factory fresh look.
I obtained quotes as per the policy and sent the request in.
I was pleased by how quick and efficient the team were.
I found the whole process easy to use and complete.
The added peace of mind is a real positive knowing this policy is in place.
All the agents I spoke to were helpful and knowledgeable.

Car care plan isnt to bad , ive had a few problems with tyres but volkswagon not so good .

I was very pleased with the service organising my wheel repair. I has some issues using the App and needed to contact via the dealer who I bought the car from. But once contact was made, the claim and repair process was quick and stress free. There was only relatively light damage on one wheel, but the finish achieved for the fix was first class.

We run a Land Rover Discovery 5 2018…
We run a Land Rover Discovery 5 2018 with extended warranty through Landrover.
I’ve have a couple of claims over the years and not had a problem. Unfortunately 3 weeks ago my crankshaft snapped (known fault)with complete loss of power. I did manage to get the vehicle and the family off the road to Saftey.
Car care plan have assessed the vehicle and because on the last service Roger young did they didn’t change the cam belt. They have informed me the warranty will not be covering the engine.
The cam belt is still completely intact in the engine with no damage or problems.
I have decided to look into legal advise on this matter as it a complete shambles blaming it on the cambelt not being changed.

Rear bumper repair
Technician arrived with no paint first time. Then arrived second time with paint and did a good job. I asked about the other repair to the front bumper but he had nothing on his job sheet but touched it up and said call in again for a proper repair. Which I did but was refused as damage touched up already.
