Tyre Policy is a waste of money
The tyre was damaged by a large nail.
Considering the age and wear of the tyre, with this damage and if I didn’t have this policy, I would have considered it an uneconomical repair and replaced the tyre.
Using the policy , the tyre was repaired. I was at the tyre centre for an hour or so longer than usual as the £10 repair had to be confirmed and admin completed.
This Policy is a waste of money;I will not be agreeing to this type of policy with my next car purchase. The sales pitch sounded good but reality is very disappointing.

Buyer Beware
I have had an ongoing 2 month claim to refurbish the alloy wheels on my car. They originally agreed to repair two, sent a tech who was not able to do the job, they then agreed the third wheel and sent a great technician who was able to diamond cut the wheel on site but did not have the permission to do the other two. They have now gone back on the agreement and will not be complete the agreed repairs. Everytime you get an email, it is from a different person and I feel like they are looking for reasons not to complete the work and hide behind the small print. Highly unsatisfied.

Excellent service
Excellent service. There were a few teething problems with trying to submit the initial claim, but once resolved, the process was simple & efficient.
The repairer turned on time and did an excellent job, alloys are as good as new.

LAST YEAR 2025 I BOUGHT A 3 YEAR CAR CARE PLAN, WITH ALL THE EXTRAS TOTTALING OVER £2000.00, FOR MY FORD RANGER WILDTRAK.
I SOLD IT THIS WEEKEND, 24/26, CALLED CAR CARE PLAN TO CANCEL AND REQUEST A REFUND FOR THE BALANCE AND WAS TOD THAT NO REFUND IS APPLICABLE.!!!!!!!!
SO BASICALLY ROBBING THIEVES,
i HAVE MOVED TO WARRANTY WISE.
MY FAULT, SHOULD HAVE READ THE SMALL PRINT, BUT THAT IS HOW THESE BIG CMPANIES ROB YOU!!!!

Claim rejected based solely on photographs without any physical inspection being carried out. Despite providing evidence of visible scratches and scuff damage, the insurer concluded that the damage was corrosion and declined the claim. When I requested a detailed explanation of why the scratches themselves were not considered accidental damage under the policy, I received generic responses repeating the corrosion exclusion.
I am disappointed that no independent visual inspection was offered, especially where there is a genuine dispute about the cause and nature of the damage. In my experience, the claims process felt focused on finding a reason to reject the claim rather than fairly assessing the evidence provided.
I would not recommend this policy based on my experience.

Poor customer service and no follow up can not recommend.
Car Care plan are behind my car insurers (Kia car insurance who no longer seem to exist)
Really poor experience with them trying to get an additional driver on to my insurance policy Should be simple and straightforward . It has been anything but. Also 2 people who said they would call me back with a quote, one of them even at a specific time, failed to do this. So I have not got a quote despite my calling and chasing and not got a reason why . Very poor service and I could not recommend them ..
I was given no reason for this lack of a quote, either, incidentally.
