Car Care plan are behind my car insurers (Kia car insurance who no longer seem to exist)
Really poor experience with them trying to get an additional driver on to my insurance policy Should be simple and straightforward . It has been anything but. Also 2 people who said they would call me back with a quote, one of them even at a specific time, failed to do this. So I have not got a quote despite my calling and chasing and not got a reason why . Very poor service and I could not recommend them ..
I was given no reason for this lack of a quote, either, incidentally.

Adblue fault on my van
When my van broke down I went to a main dealer and there first appointment was 2 months to wait. So I went to 3 smaller garages and they said they don't do warranty work because they can't guarantee they will be paid. So I ended up keeping my van off the road for 2 months why I waited for my main dealer appointment.

The engineer could not complete the job and referred the job on to specialist to complete but we have not heard anymore.

Communication is poor
Communication is poor. Although I eventually got a positive outcome I had to continually chase as no one ever contacted me. It has taken nearly three months which I think is unacceptable.

Shocking experience!
I emailed the company a couple of weeks ago as I was unable to contact them on their phone number. I wanted to arrange wheel repair. To date I have received no reply to my email which was sent on their website.
Shocking behaviour. I am now out of my policy time to get a repair done. Please contact me ASAP
Not impressed at all.

Nice and easy
Needed to use my warranty on a couple of minor faults after a few months. No messing about, booked in with vw and was all sorted through my warranty very easily. Definitely recommend.

Good advice , gives better repair options
The repair colleague who attended to my repair, kindly pointed out that a different and better repair system would be the best option for my damage.
He evidently reported this and I was contacted by a different party who will offer a date to repair my damaged door

My car care plan.
I had the drivers electric window motor expire and had to book it in to my local volvo dealer. They replaced the motor and dealt with all the warranty paperwork, i cannot fault volvo or my care plan warranty and highly recommend them.
