Lack of urgency to resolve and get tyre replaced. I don’t know your procedures or Audi procedures. If you had just said buy the tyre and email invoice. That would have been fine. Instead my car was recovered back to local Audi on The Saturday pm and I did not get it till the Thursday!!!

Excellent service, but need patience.
Good overall service from start to finish. The customer service advisors are great to speak to and very helpful. Although the claim process can be lengthy due to its process for claims on repairs, the hold up is the MB dealership not providing timely responses. Once the claim is logged it does move fast, but you need to be very patient, as my claim for repairs took 6 weeks from start to finish.
Excellent customer service
I took my car to the Land Rover dealership after suspecting there was an issue with the engine. The dealership liaised with the warranty company, and from that point everything moved very quickly. After I provided evidence of the vehicle's service history, the warranty company approved the repair costs.
Within a week of the repair being authorised, the work was completed, and I got my car back yesterday.
The customer service was excellent throughout the entire process. I was impressed by the professionalism, efficiency, and communication from both the dealership and the warranty company. An outstanding experience from start to finish.

I made just one phone call was given ref number to give to the garage. Car was booked in when they called me to say it was ready to collect told everything had been sorted. So relieved thank you.

Very good, when I needed them at a stressful time when my car was un drivable for 5 days, my garage was able to communicate on my behalf whilst I had been at work made the situation easier, and allowing the garage to be clear with what parts were covered, I paid the full garage bill and my refund was processed within a few weeks, very happy
Top job
Top job. Very polite engineer who explained everything to me before working on the car. Showed me the results of the work he had done with the scratches totally removed.
Communication is not great
Communication is not great, sent emails about my appointment and when asked to change no reply. Luckily got phone number in the end, and they were great on the phone. However, kept ringing the wrong number to communicate changed to my appointment even though I had emailed saying remove that number.

Very professional job the operative was very good at his job and was on time.
I sent 3 damage/repair requests
I sent 3 damage/repair requests, these were authorised, but the repair garage refused to fix 1, even though I provided them with all 3 reference numbers. They said they haven't received the 3rd and refused to contact you guys. They also failed to clean the car and had muddy shoe prints on the inside.

After the technician cancelled last minute on my first booking, I then had over 4 weeks to wait for my next appointment. Here again, the technician never turned up. As a care worker I am heavily reliant on my car. Discusting service, total liars and will be reporting to Trading Standards.
