Having relocated back to the UK from Australia and investing in a country pub and restaurant, it was imperative for us to find a trusted hospitality company that would help us kick start our new venture.

With their extensive range of restaurant, bar and kitchen products - it makes it so easy (and convenient) for us to buy our goods hassle free!

We can't recommend Smart enough, great service, competitive pricing and quality products - what's not to like!

I would caution anyone considering SmartUK to be extremely wary of dealing with them
They ask for full payment upfront so they have you at an immediate disadvantage; any issues results in a prolonged fight to try and either recover the cost or to obtain fit for purpose goods as per your order
They are extremely poor on after sales service to the point of being obstructive and aggressive
I bought electronic menus and menu inserts for 2.5k
SmartUK took payment in full before the order was processed despite the fact that they could not supply the size of menus I paid for.
They then offered me a smaller, cheaper version giving me no refund for the difference in price between the two sizes and saying they would modify my artwork for the menu to fit the new smaller size
Delivery was late putting me to additional expense
Before delivery, they told me that the menus look ‘really good’ and said they would send out photographs of the finished product but never did
They carried out no quality control before sending the order out - the menu printed on the inserts could not be viewed in full in the menu cover
When I gave them the opportunity to resolve the issues, instead of the contrite apology one would expect from a professional, I was told there was nothing wrong with the menu insert
I asked for a director’s name and 12 days later was told by a director that any issues had to be reported within 7 days even though the fault was clearly poor design and existed before the order left their premises
The menus are not fit for purpose . Some do not charge and some menu fixings have come apart . Not really the type of product one can use in a quality restaurant

Harjit is a credit to this organsiation,
the service, attention to details and spot on A Grade product he has provided under such a strict and challenging deadline for our buisness is outstanding.
Would never go anywhere else now and i have been working with different suppliers in the industry for more than 16 years.
could not be more greatful and made me look like an absulte star to the company directors

ordered 24 bespoke menu costing nearly 500 quid, looks nothing like the one advertised on website! it should have a nice foiling cover but ours are patchy and wonky. if i wanted China quality, i would have ordered it from China! We complain and return one for them to inspect, they got the cheek to tell us it passes our tolerance level!!! Please do not order from them!!!
