Communication is everything
This was the very first time I purchased from smooth sales.
Firstly I wanted to buy 3 of the same items and the app would not allow it.
Sent an email about it, as I wanted to consolidate freight and not do individual purchases.
A reply came stating there was not enough stock to cover the 3 items.
I purchased 1 item all went through OK but the item never arrived, no updates nothing.
I sent an email after 4 weeks and didn’t get a response.
Eventually an email stating I was getting a refund with no explanation whatsoever.
You cannot do business like this in this age.
Communication is everything!

Lipsticks arrived in the Nick of time.
Small delay in dispatching the lipsticks as I needed to take them overseas for a friend that can no longer get the colour in the Uk.. but it was sorted out quickly and arrived with 12 hrs to spare!! Great price too.
