A wonderful experience
It was a gift that I purchased that I couldn’t find in any of the shops, and those selling it online wanted double or in one case 4x the price SmoothSales were selling it for. It arrived in days not weeks and my daughter was so pleased with it. I would happily buy again from them and recommend them to my family and friends.

Caravan cover
Bought a Samson 20 - 22ft caravan cover, price and quality good, very happy with the fit of it. Delivery took about 10 days and we were kept updated. Overall very happy.

Quick delivery, exactly what I ordered
I grew up eating Hershey's chocolate in the USA. It can be difficult to find in Australia where I live now. I ordered 12 big bars which arrived very quickly and well packaged. I am very happy with my purchase and will certainly order from Smooth Sales again.

Disappointing
Never replied to my first enquiry. Paid for express and took over a week to even ship. Took a long time to reply to my second enquiry & then the product that was delivered was not the same as the picture advertised.

Where do I start !
My selling & buying journey was horrendous but the team from smooth sale worked professionally & what a lovely team,
I dealt with DAN & AMY.
They were absolutely fantastic, they had their work cut out with my buyer & her buyer. My stress levels went through the roof at the end but thanks to Dan he went above & beyond, as did Amy.
