At first wasn’t sure if smooth sales was a legit company but took a punt. My purchase was under half the price of anywhere else, came quick, well packaged & good. Highly recommend Smooth Sales, I will certainly purchase again.

Buying from them so much cheaper easy to navigate fast shipping good assortment of goods but customer service doesn’t seem to reply to emails as stated otherwise good

It's been 3 weeks since I placed my order. It has not been shipped and my emails have not been responded to. Will I even receive my items? Who knows, not recommended at this stage.

Both products, shampoo & conditioner excellent. Delivery company a nightmare, finally got my products, after many emails, messages & phone calls. Always said attempted delivery, somebody was always home. Never rang the buzzer.

I was very happy with the products I received. The service was great & I received my items in a very timely manner. I would be happy to order with this company again:)

Smooth Sales went above and beyond to ensure we received our skateboard in the needed timeframe, when there was a hiccup with the first item ordered. excellent customer service.

Got exactly what I ordered and in a couple of days.

I liked the way the product was packed. However, I didn't like the fact that I had to keep calling to find out when my items would be delivered. in saying that, once I received the tracking, communication was much better. Delivery person was very helpful

Order arrived on time as expected. Unfortunately only 9 out of the 10 smart lamps purchased worked. One did not light up or communicate withe the Phillips Hue APP. I emailed smoothsales three times seeking advice on how to return the faulty lamp with zero response over a 3 week period. I even called their :(03) 8529 3914 number and it just rang out not even the facility to leave a message. I have now had raise a dispute with PayPal to attempt to resolve the matter.

I didn’t receive my correct order I was suppose to receive a 4 pack of Marshall key ring Jack plug only received one. I have also emailed at info.. and have not had a reply. Disappointing

I ordered a cosmetic product which was unavailable in most other websites, and when they were available, the price difference was too great. I was very relieved to find the product and also get a great price. Unfortunately, there was a limit of 2 per customer, so I could not get any more.., but I would have loved to get 10 of them . Delivery was prompt, and overall, I am a happy customer . 👍
