Communal poo pipe leak in my kitchen not "urgent"
A leak from a soil pipe (💩 pipe) is going into my kitchen causing black mould. It's been 2.5 weeks since I reported the issue. Not only have they not stopped it but don't seem bothered to action. It's coming from a communal pipe so it's on them to stop. They told me I have to pay for damage to my own ceiling and wall (big job)! Shocked as it's their fault and their delay is causing further damage to my property - I can't even do anything till they stop the leak which they are not interested in doing! I hope the ceiling doesn't fall down... I've have had to change Christmas plans and move out of my home (at my cost) for health and safety reasons. I didn't realise how important it is to see who manages a property before buying. If I would have known I wouldn't have got the place. Please do not purchase a property they "manage" as they don't manage!

Laziest organisation I have ever encountered
By far the worst, sloppiest and laziest customer service experience I have had anywhere, anytime. Bafflingly poor internal communication. It is beyond my comprehension how an organisation can be so ineffectual. Disappointing at every turn.

SNG Shared ownership; unclear Charges
I’ve been with SNG under a shared ownership scheme since April 2023, and unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing.
After moving in, I received a service charge bill that was dated from 1st April 2023, even though I didn’t take ownership of the property until 28th April 2023. I immediately contacted SNG to inform them of the error, as I should not be liable for charges before I even owned the property. Despite my repeated requests for them to correct the statement and send me an accurate bill, I was told that they were unable to make any amendments.
What’s even more troubling is that SNG is now charging me for service costs that date back to 2022, before I even became involved in the property. I feel as though I’m being forced to pay for services I didn’t use, and after several emails with the Leaseholder team, the issue still hasn’t been resolved.
I would strongly advise anyone considering shared ownership with SNG to be cautious and make sure you fully understand all charges. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating, with little accountability from their team and no clear resolution to my issue.

I’ve been with SNG on shared ownership for two years, and I’m now facing a large service charge demand. What concerns me most is that they are charging me for service costs that occurred before I even had ownership of the property. I’ve been in contact with their Leaseholder team multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved.
If you're considering buying shared ownership with SNG, I would advise you to proceed with caution and make sure you fully understand all the charges you may be liable for.
