The installation was carried out with minimal fuss and no disruption. The engineers were were very efficient and accommodated my suggestions for location and cabling etc. Pleased with the final result. Now looking to increase the power storage in order to take advantage of off peak electricity tarriffs. Saves a lot of power in summer but only generates anout 0.45KWH on a good day when the sun is low in winter.

Had solar panels installed mid 2022 and a battery installed October a problem developed mid December battery not charging , difficult to get anyone for while due Christmas but engineer Wajid came and sorted everything very quickly, top bloke very helpful and informative.

I have had my solar panels in for 6 months now and my bills are slightly lower considering the energy rises. The work was completed on time with no problems. All of the technicians were very helpful explaining as they did their jobs. A very efficient and professional installation

Had our solar panels nearly a year now. Very pleased with them. The company was very efficient apart from one issue with having to wait 4 days for a return visit when they knocked the power off upstairs wiring in the panels. Otherwise very pleasant and helpful.

They came on time and were no trouble while they were here. It is saving me money on my bills.

There were some problems at first day the solar panels were supposed to be put in nobody showed I had to ring , they apologised saying couldn’t get the scaffolders.
When they did arrive everything was done efficiently everything working the way they should .
Only other thing didn’t get any information on how to work solar panels or inverter ( user manual) otherwise all ok.

Fantastic customer service! Honest and informative from the initial enquiry to the completion of install. The Sales team were very responsive and endearing. The installers went above and beyond to ensure install was completed within agreed timescale. I was given a thorough showing of everything working and they even installed the app on phone.

I got a quote from the company on recommendation. I spoke to a salesman, (Stuart Mooney), who discussed the advantages of Panels. I took advantage of their free evaluation of our roof before deciding to go ahead with the installation. Stuart forwarded me by email a full spec of what I was buying including photographs of what the installation could look like upon completion. Once I agreed to purchase a guy called round to inspect the roof and confirmed it`s condition and to confirm that it was ideally faced, (South), for maximum performance.
Approximately two weeks and following a telephone call from the company, two teams arrived, one team fitting the panels and team two doing all the electrical work. All that initial work was completed in about four hours.
Before the electrical team left they went through reading the app on the phone and showed the panels were charging.
Now came a bit of a blip due to the shortage of batteries which I had been informed of. There was an expected delay of around 6weeks. I think that I waited around seven weeks before I received a message from the company arranging a date for the batteries to be fitted.
Everything went to plan except that the inverter was wrong. A couple of days later the new correct inverter was delivered and fitted along with the delayed Pidgeon Guards.
I`ve read reviews of the company not responding to phone calls but I have never experienced this despite component delays. Kerrie was an absolute charm in dealing with problems that I had between my energy supplier and the other company whose name I can`t remember, (S.P. I think), regarding selling the energy I was generating but couldn`t store until the batteries became available.
Finally she sent the two companies a stern Email demanding my problem be sorted as all the details they were asking for had been submitted. This did the trick and about a week later I received an Email from my supplier stating that my debit of £33.60 was now a credit of £36.00 (ish).
I`m awaiting my paper completion documents but Kerrie has forwarded them by Email pending the paper copies arriving by post.
I even got a New Years message and checking that all was going well with the system. She also stated that I contact her with any problems that may occur. (including receipt or none receipt of the paper copies).
Obviously I can`t comment on any after sales service as I haven`t needed any. The system has only been fully operational since the beginning of December. I`m confident that I have the support of my company contact should any problem arise.
I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

I did a lot of research before work began (see far too many bad reviews on social media about other company's) and chose Solar Style on points of cost and quick turnaround schedule, on reviews they were fair to good. Sales were knowledgeable and never felt like I was under any pressure and discounts available for flexibility which suited me, and would all be done in a day.
Sales opted for Garage fitment but on the day the Electrician suggested to be better in the loft for everything, I was concerned about the heat during summer but he put me at ease with the many installs that had previously been done this way (the 2022 hot summer I did monitor the temp in the loft and I put a fan in there to move some air as it drew close to the max to put my mind at rest) so I agreed, if that was the right call or not time will tell. Stuck on a previous job the Panel installers were here just before lunch and although late when they finished, they returned the next morning early to complete the job before the scaffolding was removed, the electrician had to come back also as the Batteries had not been in stock the day before but everything was all finished and gone before lunch on day 2.
The only issue I did have was the Batteries did not have the brackets fitted or earthed to the Inverter, I rang to ask the question and the Electrician popped in as he did not understand what the issue was (he stated the brackets were out of stock and would come back to fit them when they arrive back in stock) , I did spend a bit time chasing this but the phone was always answered and I would also receive a call back. He did eventually return with brackets, fitted them and fastened earths as they should be and apologised for the delay.
In the job as a whole it went really well and I am very pleased with the results and how the system is performing and mention the above only as I was told the job was complete when it wasn't, the rest of the install was great good set of lads and no mess and most important of all the company do answer the phone as you hear so many horror stories where they are never seen again - this is not Solar Style, they will answer.

I had been looking for solar panels and batteries for a few weeks and sent off numerous emails.
I gave Solar Style Distributions a quick phone call after I received their quote.
The sales person came out, there was no hard sales pitch, just a down to earth conversation...once I agreed to what I wanted, price and date of installation the sale people kept me updated every step of the way.

The scaffolding went up one day and the electrician gave me a quick ring the following day to let me know what time he would be at my property...he turned up on time and explained what would be happening.
The electrician started his work and the guys with the panels came a few hrs later...wow these guys were very professional, a happy bunch of people.

Once everything was done the electrician went over everything and even setup the app on my phone and tablet...I was also given a handover booklet...with what to do if I had any problems.
The next day I received a phone call to make sure everything went off smoothly, the sales team explained I would be getting all my paperwork within a few weeks after installation
all my paperwork came.

Have been telephoning since 30 November and sent email. On 5 December I actually spoke to someone and explained our problem and she said they were busy and short of contractors but the manager would call us within 24 to 48 hours. No response. I telephoned again yesterday 19 December goes straight to answerphone so left a message - no response. Called again this morning 20 Dec 22 answerphone again. This company is very quick to pester us with calls trying to sell additional product but they are obviously not interested in attending to faults.

I had 20 panels and thermodynamics installed in 2019, 1st April this year the thermodynamics developed a fault which I am still waiting to be fixed after 30 or more telephone calls to this useless company I am at a loss as to what to do about them.

Solar Style responded promptly to our enquiry, gave helpful advice and offered a good price. The installation was done without damage or inconvenience. We have experienced significant reduction in our electricity bills. All in all we are well satisfied.

So had been wanting to find a more renewable energy source due to simply not being able to keep up with bills at the moment, I was called by a sales girl from Solar Style who was very polite and not pushy at all she explained the competitive pricing and advance in technology, it almost seemed to good to be true but the lads came round did a survey and left me with a quote which I was more than happy with.
A couple of days later the workmen were round first thing and it was all done and dusted by the afternoon. Already seeing the savings from the app just waiting on the rest of the paperwork to come through (:

I had reservations at the start because of their very competitive price, however due to the difference in price I didn’t have any choice but to give it a shot. And I can honestly say it turned out to be one of the best choices I have made. The roofers came on time, they were tidy and left no mess. The electricians were here the next day and the system up and running by dinner time. I could see the savings straight away on the app as I opted for the battery system. All the certificates are coming in as they receive them. So far a great choice and am very happy with the whole experience.

I had solar panels and hybrid battery installed in January 2022. I was impressed with the service from surveyors and installers. The work was tidy and efficient and as it turned out I had been quoted a price for 16 panels and could only fit 12. The contract was replaced, the price reduced and I received higher wattage panels. I was very happy with the service and can only speak as I find. The sales pitch was a bit OTT initially, but the workers are professional and work to a high standard. The customer service has been top class, so five stars for a job well done.
