We really enjoyed our time with Sook as we used their facilities for our first ever pop-up store based at St. James Quarter in Edinburgh. The fixtures and shelving included was perfect for what we required and the there was a good amount of space to create an aesthetically pleasing design. The only minor error was 2no LED screens not working on the day, however Sook understood this and both parties agreed on a mutual decision. I would definitely recommend Sook to other small businesses looking to have their own physical space!

Fab space and the team were great, as always! We had some issues on the day with one of the digital screens going down, but the team quickly resolved them. I love the versatility of the space; I just wish there had been more D-rails for hanging!

The experience with Sook was incredible. From start to finish, the process was easy and well organised. Sook have really revolutionised the retail pop up idea and it gives small businesses such as myself a chance to experience retail which we usually would never get a chance to do, so very grateful for that.
The screens and the modular fixtures make it so easy to install and uninstall and gives it that personalised and professional look so easily.
The team was exceptional with the support that they offer. Look forward to working with Sook again.

Before the pop-up incredibly helpful Dawn and Charlotte were excellent! Again this gave me much confidence and trust in the Sook Brand. This being the 1st of its kind I have done, they were encouraging and gave tremendous guidance even with the hick-ups we had before and on the day.
On the day, which happened to have a major transport strike, there was so many things going wrong, but the staff again were encouraging and great to communicate with. Honestly, I'm so happy I found Sook and this is not the last time I will be working with them. Excellent customer service!

Great service from start to finish. Have worked with lots of venues and by far the most can-do attitudes and willingness to help. Especially well set up for any events in marketing space (we did a PR focused event at Shoreditch location which then opened up to public).

Arranged a pop up store with Sook at their Metro Centre location... everything was dealt with very professionally and staff were fantastic.

We would like to start off by saying how blown away we were with the attentive service provided by both Dawn and Angela. Upon arrival we greeted with two friendly faces who thoroughly guided us through the process helping us to utilise the space. They were very hands on as well during the setup of the shop. Dawn went above and beyond to make the experience as simple and stress free as it could be. We are are more than impressed with the customer service we received from start to finish. Sook team are excellent at communicating and supporting the retailer throughout their stay. each member has a defined role and during the term of the Licence, support is offered to answer any queries. The units are perfectly set up for a pop up store, allowing the retailer to simply bring in their products.

We had a pop up with Sook on Oxford Street at the beginning of November. Our business is mainly online based, with the occasional pop up so our clients can try on who are not wanting to risk the online order.
As we have been doing pop up shops for years... the pop up with Sook was the easiest we have ever done!

The space Sook provided was equipped with everything we needed with rails mirrors and the screens made the space more personal to our brand.
Each member of Sook was so helpful, no matter what question or query we had leading up to the event and on the day. Thank you again! We look forward to working with you in 2023 :-)

Our time at Sook Oxford Street was fantastic. The space is well sized, the digital screens an amazing asset, and the fixtures very flexible.

Liam and the entire team were a pleasure to work with and took on many bespoke requests to ensure our time there was the best it could possibly be.

We were unfortunately hindered by bad weather, which was not ideal but this is not a reflection on Sook or the team and we left with many learnings for our next pop-up.

What a great experience! Jae was very helpful prior to my pop-up, making sure to check in and thoroughly answer any questions I had in order to be prepared for the day. The event was even better than I could have imagined, it was great for my business to pop-up in such a well known shopping centre which wouldn't have been attainable without Sook Spaces.
