Overall a great experience and would return. We booked the Oxford Circus space and found it super adaptable, the Sook team very friendly and happy to help.

We had a few technical issues booking the space and unfortunately some of the screens were on the blink, but confident that the feedback has been taken on board.

Sook offers a great way to trial your brand on the UK high street at an affordable price. The team were very supportive and the digital displays transformed an empty store into a visual brand experience.

Brilliant space, everyone is so helpful

We rented the Oxford st Sook space for our Black Friday pop up event in Nov of 2021. All I can say is how seamless and easy of an experience it was for us to get set up & selling. The digital screens & backend tools that the sook team have access to, made it extremely easy for us to truly deliver on our vision of how we wanted the space to look for our event. Kirsty was especially helpful & liaised with the head of our retail operations, to ensure that everything we needed from furniture to pre testing our digital content for the displays, to ensure everything was a go when we landed on the Friday morning. There isn't much more I can add to how amazing and easy this experience was for us, as oppose to the typical experiences found, with trying to find short term leasing for retail/event spaces. In fact the event went so well for us as a brand, that we have already booked additional spaces with Sook this year, to allow us to get out there and see more friendly faces & fans of the Raspberry Pi brand across different areas of the UK.

I hope for anyone that has stuck around and read this far into my review, that if you were on the fence on whether or not a Sook space could be right for you, that I've somewhat made that decision easier/clearer.

I used the Sook space on Oxford Street for my small business The Smelly Witch co, it was an amazing experience. I collaborated with 4 other brands that I networked with on Instagram and we put on a Halloween themed event. It was fantastic, so easy with the screens and furniture included. All I had to do was turn up with my products and card machine. Easiest pop-up experience ever!

A wonderful space that really allowed my products to shine. A professional visually impactful space that customers loved being able to shop and explore my small business.

The whole team are super helpful, really responsive and genuinely lovely people to work with. The space is always immaculately clean which makes set up really easy, all the guidance you could need for a great pop up experience. I have worked with Sook a lot over the last year and I am still coming back- there’s no way I could engage with my customers in real life in a shop without Sook.

Great space / location for a pop up store especially fashion related. Great customisable digital screens too to brand the space.
