SoundBetter Reviews

It's a great platform to connect people and give us an opportunity. Well organized and easy to navigate.

This was my first job in quite a while, so it was really nice to get back into working, recording and being creative again. The process was straightforward, and it gave me a great opportunity to rebuild my confidence and get back into doing what I love.

Awesome roster of resources. I won’t have to go any place else! Thanks for the platform.

The process of getting a professional, high-quality video of my music was easy. Very satisfied with the results.

Contacted Soundbetter support as I am having issues with a artist who has not delivered the project for months, the artist set their own deadline as 12th May 2026 and are only sending generic replies for updates such as "close on these bro". As per Soundbetters policy I paid 50% of the project fee upfront to be held in escrow by Soundbetter until the project has completed when I would paid the remaining 50% and funds would be released to artist.

Sent one initial email and two follow up emails to "Jordon" on Soundbetter support to explain that the artist had not completed the project and was not sending any meaningful updates and request the job be cancelled and the upfront fee be refunded as I have now had to hire another artist (on Soundbetter) to complete the project. Have had no response from support and my initial funds are still held by Soundbetter better, wasting time trying to recoup my funds when this should have been a easy fix by Soundbetter. Will have to look at alternative options I can take to retrieve funds.

I felt like the process was clear and smooth!

Excellent platform — easy to navigate and everything worked out smoothly. Seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend!

My first experience with SoundBetter was excellent. The platform made it easy to find a professional producer, communicate throughout the project, and complete everything smoothly. The process was straightforward, and I’m very happy with the final result. I’ll definitely use SoundBetter again for future projects.

Very cool experience. It was initially difficult and wouldn’t let me attach my files so I had to convert them. I tried using my computer and it was still a little more complicated than expected but eventually everything started working. If you’re having issues you may need to login on a desktop but once the issues were resolved I’ve been able to chat with my engineer on soundbetter using my phone so it all worked out! Can’t wait to use this platform again.

Beaucoup de réponses très rapides à ma demande. Avec des personnes très compétentes surtout celle que j'ai choisi.

Gabrielle was super fast and communicative and great player. Was just smooth as hell

The stem transfer is all being within. The platform itself really help. It’s a very clean interface, and you’ve inserted the right tone in the personality of the prompts. Clearly built by musicians for musicians.

I recently completed a Spotify Canvas project through SoundBetter, and the overall experience was excellent.

The platform made it easy to communicate with the client, share revisions, organize delivery, and handle the funded payment securely. I especially appreciated being able to work directly with an international artist while keeping the entire process clear, professional, and well structured.

As a visual artist, I also see strong potential for services such as Spotify Canvas, teaser videos, and promotional edits on SoundBetter. I would be happy to see visual and motion-design services receive even more visibility on the platform in the future.

Overall, SoundBetter provided a reliable and enjoyable environment for creative collaboration, and I look forward to using it again.

I was able to find an artist that fit my needs perfectly at a cost I felt was reasonable.

This is a place with truly talented people and great service. If you have a vision for your art, this is the olace to go to.

I found out about SoundBetter from Chat GPT and I was blown away how powerful this platform is. Payment and everything is highly secured and you can work with some of the greatest professionals in music industry from all over the world.
Great experience and I sill use it regularly for sure!
