Created by Abi Selby, Spabreaks.com is a spa booking service working with more than 1300 spa destinations in the UK and overseas and arranging spa days and breaks for up to 6,000 people each week. From a small team of three, we have grown to a family of more than 90 members of staff with an office of knowledgeable spa consultants in Brighton. But those are just the numbers. Spabreaks.com's founding principle was to make the world of spa more accessible to anybody and everybody who wanted to go. We wanted to bring back the ancient purpose of spas as places of sanctuary for mind and body. We wanted to showcase the variety of spa experiences available to every individual, occasion, location and preference. Crucially, we wanted to make spas more accessible to anyone with a major health problem or disability, and work with industry leaders to make sure that anyone who had previously felt marginalised never feels that way again. Over the past decade, that’s exactly what we’ve done. We believe in the many positive benefits of spa experiences and that they can and should be available to help the health and wellbeing of everybody. That’s why we are working to make spas accessible and enjoyable for every body by providing an unrivalled choice of spas and spa packages, through first class service and convenience for all of our customers. Our ‘spa break for every body’ ethos is central to what we do. When we started Spabreaks.com, spas were often seen as the domain of women with too much money and too much time on their hands, and that they were for a stereotypical ‘body beautiful’. We believe that spa experiences are for real benefit to all of us and that spas are places where everyone should feel safe and looked after. We believe they are for everyone at every age, gender, weight and state of wellness, and that there are experiences, treatments and destinations that everybody and every body can enjoy. Great booking service!

I have used spa breaks before and had excellent service.
This time while booking ,the service has been the same .
Sophie dealt with all my queries and made several calls to make sure I booked what I wanted .

Fantastic customer service

Got straight through to the lovely Sophie on the phone to make a booking. She was absolutely fantastic, sorting everything out for me very quickly and calling the hotel to secure my booking. She was so friendly and reassured me that everything had been booked. Very efficient

Nice quick and efficient service !

I had the smoothest experience with spa breaks , truly made my birthday a very special day. They went above and beyond to accommodate all my needs and were very very fast and efficient . I specially want to thank Sophie , she was so calm and patient with me on the phone and helped me to a great level ! 10/10 service I’ll definitely be booking through them again! 0I can't thank Sophie Bonwick enough for the help she gave me when I booked my Spa day for the 28th June.. its a special occasion as its a trip for my 70th birthday and my daughters birthday, the voucher was bought nearly a year ago and the afternoon tea experience has changed slighty, but she managed to sort out the whole thing.. Very efficient booking process

Very efficient booking process. Was emailed immediately confirmation and was updated when I altered my dinner time (was on a spa break). Also received reminder emails. Was so impressed with the experience that I’ve already booked a second spa break through them.

increased price when i went to pay

have been looking at making a booking all week, in time before their summer sale ends (not for another 4 days). Went to make the booking today (sunday 27th September), again same price id seen all week - made the booking over live chat, got to payment and conveniently the price is now £40 more, woman advised that prices havnt changed, when i can guarantee you they have! very naughty of spa breaks! did not continue with the booking! (have also just noticed that the bank holiday sunday was included in the deal, and since trying to book, this has also now been pulled, so they cant say they havent made changes as they have!

I have been contacted since regarding my review stating this date was never included in the offer but I can confirm I am 1000% certain that all of the Sundays in September were indeed included until time of payment.

To clarify the details regarding the Summer Sale promotion for The Parkgate Hotel Cardiff, this specific offer runs until June 8th and applies to arrival dates between May 11th and September 1st, 2026. Because your preferred travel date is September 27th, it unfortunately falls outside of this specific promotional window, meaning the Summer Sale discount could not be applied.

Our Product Team has reviewed the campaign details and confirmed that these travel dates have remained unchanged since the launch of the sale several weeks ago.

Additionally, regarding the August Bank Holiday Sunday, I can confirm this date was included in the promotion; however, due to high demand, it has now completely sold out and is no longer showing as available on our website.

We truly apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience this has caused to your planning, and we appreciate your patience while we looked into this for you.
