Created by Abi Selby, Spabreaks.com is a spa booking service working with more than 1300 spa destinations in the UK and overseas and arranging spa days and breaks for up to 6,000 people each week. From a small team of three, we have grown to a family of more than 90 members of staff with an office of knowledgeable spa consultants in Brighton. But those are just the numbers. Spabreaks.com's founding principle was to make the world of spa more accessible to anybody and everybody who wanted to go. We wanted to bring back the ancient purpose of spas as places of sanctuary for mind and body. We wanted to showcase the variety of spa experiences available to every individual, occasion, location and preference. Crucially, we wanted to make spas more accessible to anyone with a major health problem or disability, and work with industry leaders to make sure that anyone who had previously felt marginalised never feels that way again. Over the past decade, that’s exactly what we’ve done. We believe in the many positive benefits of spa experiences and that they can and should be available to help the health and wellbeing of everybody. That’s why we are working to make spas accessible and enjoyable for every body by providing an unrivalled choice of spas and spa packages, through first class service and convenience for all of our customers. Our ‘spa break for every body’ ethos is central to what we do. When we started Spabreaks.com, spas were often seen as the domain of women with too much money and too much time on their hands, and that they were for a stereotypical ‘body beautiful’. We believe that spa experiences are for real benefit to all of us and that spas are places where everyone should feel safe and looked after. We believe they are for everyone at every age, gender, weight and state of wellness, and that there are experiences, treatments and destinations that everybody and every body can enjoy. Great service

Great service. I have spoken to the representative a few times this week to get the right accommodation. They were very helpful and patience with me. I wanted to get to right because it was an overnight stay for special birthdays and was using gift vouchers. I was very happy with the customer services.

Poor experience I would not recommend

Poor experience I would not recommend, go direct to the spa - this service is pointless. Basically they allowed me to book a spa day when there was very limited availability for treatments and a 4.5 space between treatments - no availability to have lunch together. Very stressful and Spa breaks offer no assistance. I would nt recommend spa breaks.

As part of the online booking process, and before any payment is taken, we clearly advise that spa treatments may be scheduled at any time during your stay.
Treatment allocation is completed by the spa teams themselves, based on their best availability at the time of booking.

We understand that some customers may have time constraints or specific preferences.

In these situations, we recommend contacting one of our Sales Experts via WhatsApp, Live Web Chat, or phone so they can check available treatment times during the booking process. Generally speaking most spas do not confirm allocated spa treatment times as part of their online booking processes.

Our Customer Service Team is always happy to contact the venue on our guests’ behalf to check for alternative time slots or, where possible, amend the date of travel to secure more suitable treatment times.

We have requested further information from you through Trustpilot, as we have been unable to identify your booking from the details provided.

Once we receive this, we will be able to offer a more detailed response.

Drew Leigh Made Our Day!

I just called the Spa Breaks team and had the absolute pleasure of speaking with a Spa Specialist named Drew Leigh. From start to finish, Drew was incredibly helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind.

Book Direct

I recently booked a spa day through SpaBreaks and was extremely disappointed with the experience that followed. Just a couple of days after making the booking, I found that the exact same spa day was available significantly cheaper when booked directly with the hotel.

I contacted SpaBreaks to see if they would offer any kind of price match, partial refund, or goodwill compensation, but they refused to match the price.

It’s very disappointing to pay extra for using a third-party booking service, only to find a significantly cheaper direct price shortly afterwards, with absolutely no flexibility offered.

Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling let down, and I will not be booking through SpaBreaks again.

Save yourself the hassle and book direct.

I had to call the office on a couple of times and on each occasion I got through to someone who could help and were knowledgeable. The WhatsApp service was really useful as I want in a position to stay on the phone. Great service

I needed to amend a booking with…

I needed to amend a booking with Spabreaks due to illness and I was helped almost immediately upon ringing. Bianka, a really friendly staff member, was able to contact the Spa hotel to rearrange my booking. I really appreciated the help, it has made the alteration easy and reassured me greatly, especially when anticipating that this change would be difficult. Thank you for your help!

Unresolved complaint after weeks of chasing - AVOID

Booked a spa experience through Spabreaks at Christmas for early March and attempted to move the booking in advance due to medical reasons.

The venue confirmed they were happy to accommodate a change, however Spabreaks provided conflicting information and repeatedly delayed responses.

Despite multiple follow-ups, both the original booking date and the alternative date passed without resolution due to their handling of the situation.

The issue was escalated internally almost 2 weeks ago but still not resolved and communication has now stopped altogether. I'm having to resort to a chargeback from my Card provider to get a refund...

Extremely poor customer service and lack of accountability. Would not book through them again.
