Spares Hut Car Parts Reviews

My wind mirror was ruined on Sunday. I ordered the new part on Monday and, by Thursday late afternoon, I was back on the road with everything working. Thank you for yuor very prompt and efficient response. Oh, and the price was very welcome. Thank you

Good price and the option to pay a little extra for next day when part was needed urgently

Delay in coming, I believe it was the courier, the car was out of use 5 days.

Great - Very good!

I regret ordering from Spares Hut.
After spending 1hr fitting the component, it did not fix the issue. Further time was spent testing the item which turned out to be faulty!
After all this wasted time, the worst part is the customer service whch dragged on for so long asking useless questions despite being told the part was faulty, that I have missed the returns window.
I do not recommend. :-(

order 70220
6 emails and i review and they still have not got in touch to replace the wrong part they sent. come on spares hut get in touch and sort this out.......
Will keep you all posted with progress. No way of contacting them other than email to with they do not respond. avoid at all costs

Paid extra premium DHL next day delivery at 2:20pm on Wednesday and expected the parcel to be delivered by Thursday. But they didn't ship it out until next day close to noon. It's impossible to get it next day even you paid the premium shipping despite they claim that they aim to deliver the part within 24 hrs. Avoid this website if you need a part in hurry.

Cheap and easy to order and delivered the next day

Great communication and speedy delivery

Ordered a wing mirror , the unit was fine but the glass was broke tryed getting touch but no respond there no protection in the packaging a bit of bubble wrap wrap would of been suffice so now I’ve got to order glass again Brilliant did come fast but damaged

Delivery of goods DHL delivered 4 days too late

Ordered a part for my Mercedes citan van and within 2 days it arrived. I live in Northern Ireland so getting stuff here from England can be a pain because of the Irish Sea border, spares hut are the exception. Delivered on time in great packaging and the part inside in perfect condition. I will be using this company from now on when it comes to parts for my car. Exceptional company 10/10.

Part came quick and was alot better priced than the local retailers for the same thing. Good quality exact fit

Dispatched quickly and at a great price. Will definitely use this company again

their idea of next day delivery is
promise the customer next day and charge for it

then package it off with evri using 2-3 day delivery

and lie to customers..
some stuff can take weeks see other reviews..

just dont order anything you actually need from here

Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. Needed a new wing mirror casing and found the one I needed, sent a message to customer service to ensure it was definitely the correct one which they confirmed it was. My order arrived the next day and I was chuffed to bit that it was free next day delivery! Super fast responses and great customer service. Highly recommend!!

The item came on time well packaged

You sent me the wrong part and you not refunded me or sent me a return label.
