Very prompt communication and postage of goods

Made the first order for a front caliper which arrived very quickly couldn't be happier, but then I thought whilst I have the car off the road would replace the both so I placed a order for the second which also arrived quickly. The first caliper arrived in a sighn written box with crush washers grease and details of warranty which ai thought was great the second one was in a plane box no warranty paper work grease or crush washers which I thought else just something that they forgot to put in as I paid for next day speedy delivery.
Nope they told me it was what was ever there at the time and these accessories would not be sent out and that was it.
Would never use this company again as its shows they have no customer care what so ever , what they don't know is I work with over 300 mechanics in there area which will hear this and hopefully use someone else who gives a Tom tit.

Bought item on eBay with postage included. Notified same day item was despatched. Found out a, week later they wouldn't post item unless I paid an extra £19.99 but I could have a refund. I asked for my refund and now my order simply says cancelled due to customers refund request not cancelled as their advert was misleading. No option available to warn others. Far too much of this carry on from eBay and it's sellers

I ordered discs and pads for all wheels of my car and a pair of rear calipers. I used their reg comparability tool and cross checked OE numbers before placing the order. They reached out to me a couple hours later to confirm reg to make sure they had the right parts. At 5 that evening, they confirmed it had been dispatched but didn’t provide a tracking number.

Next day I ask for a tracking number. They subsequently sent me a response saying the order would be dispatched later today now and with me tomorrow (weird after confirming it had been dispatched the day before). Still didn’t receive a tracking number but I had hopes that I’d be starting my brake job Friday afternoon.

Well it’s now Friday afternoon and after multiple emails and unanswered calls to them I got a lady on the phone. She said “the order was big and we wanted to make sure you had the right parts, so it’ll be going out today and here’s your Dhl tracking number”. Tracking number doesn’t work… I called again and finally got another lady on the line to tell her the tracking doesn’t work and I need it confirmed that the order will be with me tomorrow or I will need it cancelled. This lady was actually trying to be helpful, went to the warehouse to figure out if it was next day including saturdays, and contacted me back. When I asked for her to confirm the tracking number, she looked into the system and said it looked like there was an issue with shipping (a shipback or something) and that she would need to talk to her supervisor and call me when she had more info. That was over an hour ago, still no call.

So I’ve sent a formal email with my invoice explaining that I am cancelling the order and that the order should not leave their warehouse to a courier and I want a full refund as soon as practicable. We’ll see how this goes, but like everyone else I should have checked the Trustpilot before putting in my credit card details.

What a great company first class service, great communication, arrived in double quick time, item was just what I wanted to do the job, great price, so I was well impressed, one company I would highly recommend. TOP BANANA!!!

I wish I had read the reviews as they also sent me the wrong part despite them confirming it was the right one, with my reg number. In fact they still insist its the right part, despite being a different shape from the original. I was then rushed into hospital, very seriously ill and so missed my deadline for return by two days. absolutely NO reason for rejecting my return other than company policy, which is ridiculous! I would NEVER treat my customers like that. They have said i should have contacted them Christ I was so ill I was barely awake! They know this but dont care . Shame that my business will never use them again

Very disappointing experience from start to finish.

I purchased two brake calipers from this company expecting reliable parts and professional customer service, especially considering the lifetime / 2-year warranty they advertise. Unfortunately, both calipers turned out to be faulty. Both had problems with the handbrake mechanism, causing ongoing issues even after being fitted correctly by a qualified mechanic.

As soon as the issue appeared, I contacted the seller and provided detailed explanations, photos, mechanic information, and all evidence requested from me. Despite this, my warranty claim kept being rejected with different excuses instead of the seller trying to properly resolve the problem. At one point they even tried to blame paint on the calipers, despite there being absolutely no clear information in the listing or documentation stating that paint would void the warranty.

What disappointed me the most was the complete lack of willingness to resolve the matter fairly. I tried to handle everything in a civilised and straightforward way. I asked them to send properly working replacements first, and I was fully willing to return the faulty calipers immediately afterwards. This was refused, despite the fact that the faulty handbrake mechanism was creating serious safety concerns and making the car unreliable to use.

Communication throughout the process was poor and extremely frustrating. It often felt like every message was designed to delay the process rather than solve the actual issue. The situation only changed after eBay Resolution Centre became involved and a formal case was opened. Only then was a refund finally issued.

The refund itself does not erase the overall experience. In my opinion, if eBay had not stepped in, nothing would have been resolved. Because of this experience, I would not purchase from this company again and cannot recommend them to anyone looking for reliable parts or trustworthy warranty support.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but people should know what kind of after-sales support to expect if something goes wrong.
