I order 6 electric oil burners the arrived fast and in excellent condition made up will buy from there again

Shipping is good, but two many products are coming marked or chipped. We have had 5 damaged burners and one really poorly made. The silver effect seem to always be marked or damaged and we cannot sell them. We now have check everyone when they arrive, as if we don’t we can’t sell them and cost us money. starting to look for new supplier. Will defo stick to our plug in suppliers as we don’t have these issues .

I would like to add that I was called to discuss this and a apology made and we are being revised for the two faulty lamps so I have edited my stars to reflect this as I feel that is good customer service and they have recognised it shouldn’t be assumed they are based on a customer experience

I placed an order last year and received a faulty item and was told tough that’s how it arrives. I decided to give them another try and wish I hadn’t.I’ve ordered a few burners/warmers and a few were aroma plug in ones. I got one that I opened in my home and the glass wasn’t attached to the base, it did look like it may have been glued at one point. I checked the second one and it was the same. Upon messaging them I’m told it’s customer error and it’s been forced off when it’s glued on and they should unscrew it, how do you unscrew it if it’s glued on ? And two of them that haven’t even left my premises is supposedly a customer error ? I’m
The only one who took them out the boxes ! I’m furious that the service is so vile.

I have been dealing with Sparks since I started my business in February 2020, they were my very first supplier and I have to say have always been very easy to deal with. I am in Ireland, so we have had to deal with Brexit since January last year and it hasn’t been easy with both a pandemic and Brexit at the same time but, Sparks have been doing their very best to look after me as a small Irish business, especially James B who I deal with, he couldn’t be any more helpful, honest and starightforward to deal with, he always emails back and responds to every query and helps out wherever he can. I look forward to continuing to use Sparks as one of my main suppliers in the future, they also have a great product range.

I have used Sparks since i started my business over 18 months ago have found them excellent damaged goods are always replaced or refunded, orders are promptly delivered. Thet have exellent customer services! Yesterday half my order was missing and i telephoned them to check what had happenned to it. Within 2 hrs they had found the rest of my order and sent it for express delivery. As for the comments regarding mixed orders when pre-ordering this was made clear when placing your pre-order. I understood completely i am afraid that this was the buyer error in not reading the information correctly!

I hope this review is useful to those who are on the fence with new companies, however I have been using Sparks for a while now simply to the fact there products are great and we sell out all the time to a point we are ordering most weeks. The packaging is spot on they couldn't protect your investment more however in the unlikely rare occasion an item is damaged in transit they are quick to rectify this. Shout out to Amanda who has packed my last order I couldn't believe how well packed it was. With these services we will always be a loyal customer thanks guys

Ordered with this company a fair few times over the years and have let a lot slip. Like other reviews on here I have had issues with quality or damages, to which I am told will receive a credit note, I never did, but I let it go and continued to order.

I have just put an order in for well over £300's worth of stock, some were pre orders and some weren't. I searched everywhere on the website regarding how this works but couldn't find it. Eventually found it AFTER i had ordered in a very silly place stating order may be cancelled or certain products may be cancelled. I called asking them to not cancel the entire order, lady stated no staff were in to deal with this so to email. I emailed, which didn't get picked up, then receive an email telling me my whole order had been cancelled. Now I am unable to order the stock as some has sold out, I have very disappointed customers who I took deposits off, I am down £300+ pounds AND waiting for it be refunded meaning I can't even order anymore stock in the meantime.

Don't think i have ever been left so disappointed by a company ever, safe to say this will be posted on the facebook group that contains tens of thousands of people who order from this site like me, no wonder this company has ended up with such a bad name lately!

A great company to deal with from ordering to delivery.

Ordered from Sparks on several occasions and always been happy with everything. This time however, DPD left my order outside the property and needless to say, it went missing! Sparks went above and beyond to make things right and second delivery was a success! Fantastic customer service, sadly can’t say the same for the delivery company!

I have just received my first order from Sparks. So absolutely delighted with everything. It all arrived super super quickly and we'll packaged. But my main delight was the excellent quality of the products and especially for the prices! Also I like the pricing system that shows you how much VAT to be added to each product once you get to the payment.
Can't wait for the out of stock products to be available..... they'll email you when they are available!
Everything was a very easy process and there is no question that I WILL be using this company.

Very slow to arrive when it did come one item was broken and 2 missing. When I contacted customer service they pretty much accused me of lying about missing items!!
"All records show they were sent so please double and triple check" were their words!! Absolutely shocking and would never purchase from them again

Very poor customer service I have had so much damaged stock from them very hard to do business with them, you have to unbox every item and inspect it so not practical and very time consuming. I would not recommend them to anyone and delivery is at a snails pace far to long

We have used Sparks for a while now but unfortunately each delivery over the last few months has either missing items or damaged stock beyond repair. And it's become consistent. Either there is an issue with their depot, packing, or delivery, but we're fed up with it now. And credit notes only force you to continue to shop with them. Some lovely items for sale but handled poorly. Suggest shopping elsewhere.

Terreble service postage time is shocking will post your itemes same day if your order is over 120.00 if not then its 5 or 6 days later if your lucky they just don't care

Very poor customer service who couldn't be bothered to inform us that our order was delayed. I had to enquire why the shipment hadn't arrived.
No information was given regarding which courier, tracking details, day or time of delivery.......no apologies for the delay.
Very unprofessional, very slow to respond.
I suggest buying from one of the many other reliable companies.

Excellent service, products were well packaged, arrived safely and delivered next day. Very good quality items, will be ordering more soon!
